I came to this bail bond place because it had a good review on yelp, but I was greatly disappointed. The bail bond guy, Alex Liu, helped with filling out the necessary papers and sent them out. However, I changed my mind. I asked for a refund and they charged me a service and cancelation fee of $150. He never told me that there was a cancelation fee prior to signing the papers. I paid because I thought I didn't have any other choice. However, I found out later on from another bail bondsman that it is ILLEGAL for a bail bondsman to charge any fees unless they bail the person out. I went back

I had been awake since before 8 AM, driving around since 10:30 AM, and was about to go out of my mind until I ended up at Steve's office around 5:00 PM. I was feeling pretty crappy (I hadn't eaten all day, sweat was constantly running into my eyes, and there was something wrong with my car, but I had no choice but to keep pushing my luck) and my morale couldn't be any lower, especially after being taken down repeatedly at the sheriff's station with their unnecessarily haughty attitudes. Steve gave me the feeling of being taken care of and I knew everything was going to be okay
