We didn’t end up staying overnight here, as our plans changed, but the campground was super cute, well maintained, the owners were really nice and met us as we drove in. It seemed very quiet and the other campers were nice. There is ice and firewood for sale if you need it, a covered pavilion to hang out under, and it looked like each site had a fire ring. The sites were relatively close together, so if seeing your neighbor isn’t your thing, this might not be the place for you, but like I said, it was quiet, clean, and all the campers there seemed respectful.

The owners John and Karen and family are amazing and helpful! Not only are they helpful about the community, when our RV awning got caught and damaged in the wind they had resources to reach out to as well helped themselves and borrowed us their ladder and tools. John even dropped them off and picked them up. Very clean, organized and friendly campground!

Great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff meets you as you drive up and checks you in. 15 or so sites for weekenders.
Sites don't have pads per se, you are allowed to park however works, and sites are slightly larger than most private campgrounds.
Very shady, with tall trees around the perimeter that provide excellent afternoon and morning shade.
Nice pavilion in the middle for gathering, but one star off for charging $3 for guests and no guest parking, making the pavilion useful only for gatherings of campers.
Possibly the best campground wifi we've ever used, probably due to the

Friendly owners. 30 sites. The FHU 1-15 all seem to be seasonals. Back loop are W/E and are all back in. Fairly level and grass or a few gravel. Very quiet away from road. We had site 28 mid week so the back loop was nearly empty. $31 for one night. No OTA TV. In a wooded valley, so cell is little or nothing. Open WiFi seemed to work well. Bath house is aging. Cared for but could use a deep clean. Shower curtains in photos are colored darker at bottom, not dirty. Dump station has interesting design. You use their permanent hose to dump and then reconnect it to a rinsing fixture when done. Would

Great little campground! Quiet, easy, and really good Wi-Fi if parked in the loop around the pavilion. The hosts were very friendly and check-in was super quick. We came in after office hours were closed to see if they had a spot for one night, and they were right there to greet us. Their dump station has its own hose which made quick work for us.
A really pleasant place - zero cell service but the Wi-Fi was reliable!

We called here and actually got to talk to someone. It was after 5. The had two spaces. They were very kind. They even came and helped us set up. They made sure that we had everything we needed. Told us to let them know if we needed anything. So peaceful. Very reasonably priced!! They even helped us get here from where we were. When we got here they acted like they were glad to see us. Compared to the other campground the difference is night and day!! Loved it, and definitely would recommend it!! Will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful, quiet, RV friendly campground just outside of Minneapolis. Not many sites, maybe 30 or so. Dog friendly, super nice owners, and close to several parks with hiking trails. There are a few sites that would be perfect for a bigger group (3+ campers). Bonus: the wifi works great in an area with not much cell reception, and the shower house is kept very clean. We will definitely be back next summer!
