I brought my car to Ray Hyde November 8,2021. Today is December 11,2021. I had to keep calling for updates when they should’ve been calling me. I understand delays but I just wanted somebody to communicate with me what was going on. I was told different dates when my car would be ready and none of them were correct so because they have my car for over 30 days I’m paying out of pocket for a rental because my insurance company has stopped paying. It’s really affecting my other bills and my kids Christmas because of it. I don’t doubt they do great work, I’m just not pleased with the service

Horrible experience they ordered the wrong part twice and the third time the part ironically got lost in the mail its been over 6 months now ive been trying to get my car fixed..
Would not recommend anyone to these people.The only reason i give them one star 🌟 they won't let me post my review without one

They have a very slick system going on since they have a Geico office right in the shop. I thought they were kind of smug as if they were doing me a favor to repair my car. Remember you have the right to take your car anywhere you want and Geico can make an appointment to come to you rather than you having to travel all the way to their office and getting your car repaired where they want you to.

Ray Hyde Automotive is wonderful. They not only replaced my hanging dinged up bumper, they buffed out my car and now I feel like I have a brand new car! They are reasonably and fairly priced and do outstanding work with wonderful communication between the owner and the business. Super happy with their work!

The service I received was the absolute worst! They had my car for almost 2 months the first time around (The repair was supposed to take about 2 -3 weeks). I was told LIE AFTER LIE whenever I would call to check on the progress, (I caught them in these lies and the OWNER just shrugged it off and said oh well "I run a billion dollar business", what did that have to do with anything I don't know). I was given my vehicle back and the front bumper kept popping off. I took the vehicle back so they could fix it properly.
