Without a doubt these people go above and beyond, nothing but friendly. I was without Medicare, because I was out of my old Medicares network, they explained everything, because I was lost looking online, but Jay was very helpful. The lady that answered the phone, both times was very courteous, and friendly. Now if all businesses, ran like this. I highly recommend. I'm not fake, local Texarkanan lol

The Barnette Agency has handled my Medicare Insurance needs for about three years now. What I noticed immediately is how courteous everyone was. Before I officially retired on February 1st, a family member suggested that my wife and I talk to Jay Barnette to find out what we needed to do to navigate our way through all the promises and promotions from all the different companies and multitude of options for medicare coverage. Jay patiently and intelligently took us through it all, gave us time to absorb and weigh the best options for us, and, when we were ready, met again with us to answer more questions, fill us in on any late breaking changes, and then signed us up.
