My first appointment was scheduled for 5:30, I arrived at the facility in advance at 5:20. I stood upfront for about 20 minutes before someone came out (after I called the office phone) There was no formal introduction between myself and the therapist I chose, in which is very unprofessional in my opinion. I finally started my appointment at 6:00pm and was walking out of the place at 6:17 so not even a 20 minute session. I was extremely frustrated with the experience I had here. People go out of their way to find a a place for therapy let alone choose a therapist, our time is just as valuable as

I called for grief counseling in October. They never called back until after I made a second call! Melissa left a voicemail saying they were very busy and itt could be a few weeks before they could see me. She asked me to call back with more details regarding my situation. I called back the same day and have yet to hear back from them and it’s been 2 months. I guess losing my mother is nothing to grieve over! I will seek counseling elsewhere!
Very disappointed in your inability to show any compassion whatsoever! 👎

Once they found out how much I struggle with my mental health my therapist abandoned me. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely loved talking to my therapist there! She was very easy to talk to and very understanding! If I needed paperwork sent somewhere or collaboration done with another office, she got it done right away.

They are there for the money and recurring visits, not the patients themselves. This is an operation that does not have objectivity and refuse to see multiple sides of issues. This business would rather have their clients not resolve their problems and keep dwelling on the past, instead of moving forward and attacking new challenges that lie ahead. If you ever were thinking of mediation here, don’t do it, your family and friends would certainly be better to utilize than this unprofessional biased group.
