My experience of getting permanent eyeliner done by Charis was absolutely amazing considering the professionalism and outstanding job that she did. This was my second time getting the permanent makeup done and I was very nervous at the beginning as my first experience at a different salon was painful and unpleasant. Charis did a wonderful job on my brows. She was so dedicated in getting the shape and color just right. When she finished, they completely enhanced the structure of my face. I decided to have my eyebrows Microbladed and after doing some research, I chose Cháris at Vibrance Medspa. I am so happy I did. First of all, she is the sweetest, most professional person you can ever meet and so knowledgeable in her craft. She answered any questions or concerns I had during a phone conversation after which I scheduled a consult/appointment time. We decided to do combo brows which is microblading and powder brows together. I am so happy with the results. Well I was trying to stop by to see some information about some botox and filler and when i showed up the door was locked and a woman was sitting at the desk. I don't understand why it says their open till 5pm on Saturday's when that's not the case at all. I guess I'll take my business else where seeing as theres another Med Spa is close to where I live.

Unfortunately, Vibrance MedSpa lost a really good, long term customer today who has literally spent thousands of dollars at their establishment. While I've generally found their services to be good, I was shocked by the lack of business acumen by the front desk agent today. When calling (five minutes before my appointment was to begin) to advise that I ran into some traffic and would be ten minutes late, I was told that they would have to cancel my appointment because the doctor's schedule was very tight today and he would not be able to take me ten minutes late.
