Hands down will not buy a boat from another marine dealer in SC. Scott and his team sold me my first new boat in 2017 and another one this month. From warranty work to just answering my stupid questions they always picked up the phone to help. This team stands by their product before and after the sale. I purchased a used pontoon from them 6 years ago and it was a very simple, straightforward process. Since then, they've been fantastic with supporting my service needs. I live out of state and have obvious issues with having work done. However, they have very accommodating to me. I highly recommend this company and I'll continue using them as long as I have boating needs.

We recently decided to sell our boat - my pride and joy actually, but my family and I were not using the boat, and it didn’t make any sense having it and not enjoying the lake. I know nothing about selling boats, but I’ve had my boat serviced at Marine 360 and knew they provided a brokerage service for people like me. I contacted Chris at 360 to help me. Furney Irwin ordered my 2021 Sea Hunt Ultra 234 for my family. We have enjoyed many days on the water and the boat is fantastic. Every question was answered and the process could not have been smoother.
We had a service issue come up shortly after taking delivery and it was quickly fixed. Also, Christine in the service department is outstanding! Her follow up and willingness to help is very impressive. I will recommend anyone looking for a boat to Marine 360.

Marine 360 is only concerned about selling new boats to customers. Their service department is disorganized and inefficient. I had my boat schedule to repair the cover (which was under warranty). It was scheduled a month out and I dropped off my boat for 2 weeks. When I called to pick it up the service had not been completed. When they did complete the fitting of the cover there were broken snaps and extra snaps where they did not belong.
They were also supposed to attempt to clean the seats - which was never performed.
I would not recommend buying a boat here for the sole reason of poor service

I purchased a new Crest tritoon back in April of 2015. The sales experience was great. It included a in-the-water demonstration and safety briefing. After our first summer, it was time to try out the service department to get the pontoon winterized. It was done in a timely manner at a fair price. We keep the boat in the water at Lighthouse Marina, so they could pull it up to the shop at any time they were ready to complete the job.
That's been the experience in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Admittedly, keeping the boat in the water nearly on site does help. They go get it when they can work on it
