Universal Tax is not a franchise. We are a local tax service in Columbus, Ohio. Robert Reves opened Universal Tax in 1955 and his son, Randal Reves, has continued his legacy. The staff includes Randal Reves and three tax preparers. Most of our associates have been with Universal Tax for more than 15 years and have an average of over 30 years tax preparation experience!

This is definitely my worst experience in Ohio. They did my tax return in March. Though all my information was provided, including my visa, passport and so on, they mistakenly treated my case as a US citizen. I'm not a expert in tax return so I needed their help. To fix this error, it took me more than 2 months. Every time I called them, I got reply like "Oh your case is under high priority blablabla...". BUT! They fixed it only when I went on site in person in May. Come on! If you are NOT working on it, you don't need to lie to me. I was so tired about it and I even went for legal services to
