Excellent company, a design change with our product resulted in thousands of dollars lost in damaged shipments. A few calls and a meeting with our product and we had a solution that worked perfect. While we had a custom formed foam solution presented the second option was a stock item that was less money and incredibly effective. I can't say enough about their product, inexpensive, always in stock and works great for our heavy porcelain product. Excellent staff as well, always friendly and attentive. Thank you

Terrible company, terrible people. Stay away from them. Sent all the required files, and they told me that they will start cutting foam inserts in few days. It has been two weeks and they are not responding. Wasted our time. We could have pursued with another company. It's shameful how they do business and treat their customers.
