I've been going to Skyline Wellness for a few months now and I'm so glad I did! The staff is always very nice and Dr. Jean-Luc is great! I've had severe back issues for over a year and I feel immediate relief after my appointments. I've had other chiropractors in the area and didn't realize what I was missing from them until I came to Skyline. I like how Dr. Jean-Luc is very precise about head, arm, leg placement when adjusting- the attention to that is important to me as working with the back and spine deserves that level of attention.

Dr. Jean-Luc is fantastic. Very personable. Super knowledgeable! I came in with TMJ headaches and he located a trigger point to release to end the pain. In addition, he offered me two treatment options - one shorter term to end the pain, and one longer term for other issues. I appreciate that as my experience with other chiropractors is to only offer ongoing, long term, repeated care. He's great!

Dr. Jean- Luc is incredible! To set the stage for this review. I workout everyday. I'm super active and so when i woke one morning, barely able to get out of bed, let's just say I was freaking out. I called the office about two weeks ago, barely able to walk. I couldn't bend over or do anything really. They were booked but figured out a way for me to come in a few hours later. There wasn't a long wait and the new patient process was easy- took about 10 minutes. They accept my insurance (United Health).

Initially went to this office using a Groupon. This part of the experience was fine. Once the sessions related to the Groupon were completed, they recommended additional chiropractic sessions. So far, still good. They took our insurance information to determine what our co-pay would be. Front desk came back with $15 per visit. Again, good with that. The front desk is very rude and unhelpful. Also seems to never answer the phone. I needed assistance with parking/directions and received no help at all. Called over 10 times, the phone remained unanswered. Not acceptable. Maybe work attitude of front desk needs to be improved.

I also had the same trouble with billing as some of the other people who have written about it on the reviews. I was receiving treatments from May until December of last year and paying the amount that the front desk told me to pay based on insurance. Turns out that it was not enough because they weren't billing the insurance correctly, so I had accumulated a large bill by November. Once they were able to figure out what was going on and provide an itemized receipt to me, I paid it. I was told it was paid in full and they began charging me the higher amount throughout the remaining visits in December

Awesome experience. Friendly and professional staff. Several things that stuck out to me during the appointment was the doctors and staff really want to help and get to the "root" cause of the problem you are having and use both holistic techniques and modern medicine to get to that point.
The room was quiet, comfortable, and private.
The only downside to this office is the parking. There is paid street parking if you can find it and a garage. However, the garage is $15 for anything over an hour.

Groupon scam alert. Bought the Groupon for the wife for an x-ray, adjustment and 30minute massage. After the x-ray then said you can make your appointment for your adjustment. No - per the Groupon it says nothing of splitting up the treatments. The receptionist was rude and said there was not even a masseuse on site.

Worst management in history! I would give this business 0 stars if I could! I just received a bill from services I received last year. After I was told by Skyline Wellness that my insurance approved me for treatments, I was in treatment for chiropractor services for many months. After My back was better from an injury, I discontinued my treatment. While the treatments themselves were helpful, the management of this company is absolutely atrocious. I'm updating this review, because after several months I stopped seeing Dr. Jean-Luc and starting seeing Dr. Hamidi at the Skyline Wellness Arlington location (who is, unfortunately, no longer at Skyline Wellness). I realized after seeing Dr. Hamidii for a couple months that Dr. Jean-Luc simply gets patients in and out of his office as quickly as possible. Yes, he explained my issues to me at first, and his adjustments helped, but I needed more than JUST adjustments, as a lot of my issues were muscle related. This place is fine if you're using a Groupon but be extremely careful with them when using insurance. They have deceptive billing practices and engage in bait-and-switch activities that may result in you being charged for services contrary to what has been discussed with them. As is the case with many providers of this nature, be sure to contact your insurance company directly on your own so that you're clear about your coverage. I definitely do not recommend this business because of the shadiness.

I showed up on time but the lady who was going to give me the massage was 30 minutes late ! ( which is okay I understand how rush hours are like ) I rushed myself to be on time so I was expecting some kind of respect as a costumer !
But honestly speaking I was waiting for some kinda of apology beside sorry ( longer session or free massage )
Overall the massage was okay for 30 minutes session but not enough for me to come back :)

I was suffering from tension headaches and migraine for the past 2 years until I went and saw Dr. Hamidi at skyline wellness. After about 5-6 visits my headaches subsided significantly and he also helped me tremendously with improving my posture. I also, saw the acupuncturist and the massage therapist at this location and they are all amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

I've been to a lot of different chiropractors ever since I was 16, I've had bad posture but chiropractors have really helped me get a better posture. I've moved around a lot and have seen a multitude of different chiropractors, around 6-7 in the area. I moved back to my hometown of Annandale, but I am choosing to drive a little further to this place. This is my favorite chiropractor place out of all of them. I visited Skyline Wellness Center to address my upper and lower back pain. I had a thorough examination of my posture and spine by Dr. Hamidi, and am pleased to say that I was given detailed, helpful feedback as to why I was experiencing discomfort. The visit was very informative and helpful; I felt as though my needs were addressed and I also learned a lot of helpful information in the process.

The whole staff was very helpful and was able to schedule me for a same-day appointment for some intense backpain.
Joanna was an incredible massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and was able to pinpoint the exact problems. She was also willing to upgrade my session from a 30 minute to an hour if she had not worked everything out. She did not waste time and finished in 30 minutes.
I feel much better and that is all thanks to Joanna and the rest of Skyline's staff. Thank you!

This is for the Alexandria location. I see that others have experienced the rudeness and disorganization in this place. If you're new, it will be a nightmare for you unless you don't ask questions, and just do what they tell you to do even if it might not be what you asked for.
1) Do not tell you that your initial appointment is actually 2 appointments and you have to pay twice of course.
2) They do not bother to tell you that you will get your results and see/talk to the doctor the 2nd time. But they do rush you out the door and not a minute later you are charged. The second time,

Overall it's great! The staff are friendly and know what they are doing! And just as important the equipment is nice and always clean. They have a ton of options in terms of treatment and they really listen to what your needs are and if you have any concerns!
The only thing I would warn people about is the parking garage as its kind of a beast, I would recommend parking on the street (ask the staff about the nearest street parking) as its just easier.
