We were once two "competing" companies, but we never really acted like it. Instead of fighting for business, we went to events together for inspiration, rented equipment from each other when we needed more inventory, and passed along referrals for businesses we didn't have the capacity to take on.
In college, way back in 99' a friend recruited me to work for an event rental company over the summer. That's where I met Ed-and got the itch to pursue a career in the rental industry. Following my work at Academy, I worked for a car rental company and for 9 years, a large uniform rental supplier. I also began to dream about running my own tent and party rental company.

Planning your outdoor wedding reception tent in Cincinnati can be overwhelming. Choosing your locations is only half the battle. There are a lot of questions: What will the weather be like? How large of a tent do I need? What about electricity? Is there enough space for the tent? What will the tent look like inside?
I am so glad I found Academy Rental Group and that this vendor was able to be a part of our wedding day! We had an outdoor ceremony and rented 150 chairs and also had the delivery, set-up and take-down included. We had our ceremony at Tower Park in Fort Thomas, right in front of the entrance to the banquet hall ie "Mess Hall".

We used academy rental group for our outdoor wedding. We rented a large tent, tables, chairs, linens, lights and a dance floor. It was AMAZING! It was perfect for our mid size wedding. The delivery and set up as well as the pick up was super easy. Everyone was friendly and it made our wedding experience magical. Thank you academy rental group!!

There are a lot of choices out there for tent/table/chair etc. rental. I looked at them all. Academy Renal Group is the way to go! Planning a wedding during covid is intense. Things were always changing. Jeff took my ideas as they evolved and created diagrams that brought them to life. When the plan changed, he rolled with it and kept a positive attitude. He pointed out things I wouldn't think about not being in the business and never ever pushed me to purchase more. He even gave me alternatives to save money. My wife contacted Academy Rentals to set up a tent on very short notice for a celebration of life. She called on a Thursday afternoon and the tent was set up Friday. Everybody was so helpful and supportive through the situation and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Pickup and delivery were on time, and was handled completely by Academy Rentals staff. Academy Rentals was paramount in making sure we were able to celebrate our loved one, and made the process easy in a highly stressful time for us.

Thanks to Academy Rentals, we were able to safely celebrate Christmas 2020 with our kids and granddaughter. Keeping them safe was paramount but being together was very important as well. The workers were very professional, the staff was extremely helpful, and the tent and heaters were perfect. Without Academy Rentals, we would not have been able to celebrate Christmas (and Thanksgiving) in person. If the need arises, we will definitely use Academy Rentals again.

We were very pleased with the tent, tables, chairs and linens from Academy Rental Group. Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to all of my questions and changes that needed to be made to due COVID-19. The crew got at the venue right on time for set up and were also helpful and friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is I wasn't aware that we needed to provide the multi-outlets nor the extension cords to the outlet at the venue needed for all of the lights and fans. If I was told this, I don't remember and I didn't see it in the contract. Thankfully I asked

Our families wanted to gather together for Christmas and keep social distance. The Academy Rental Group team helped us do just that! They were prompt and professional. The team wore masks and disinfected everything after set up and before breakdown. Set up and breakdown was flawless and the tent allowed us all to gather safely, even in the sub 30 degree Christmas Eve weather.

This was the first experience renting equipment for a party. We rented a pole tent, chairs, tables and tablecloths for a backyard wedding shower. Ian could not have been more accommodating. The items were delivered as promised, set up and looked amazing. Could not have been smoother. I priced several places and their rates were competitive

A Gogo Event Rentals is awesome! I have worked with them several times and have never been disappointed. I have thrown several large(ish) events using their services and was really pleased with them. They truly take the time to figure out exactly what it is that you need and the best way to provide that service. They gave me some really great advice on how to set up my event which made the day even better! I will happily use them for all of my future events!

I have been working with this company as an Event Planner for the past 2 months on tent, table and chair rental for a wedding THIS WEEKEND. We are planning from out of town, and have been in regular contact throughout the process, and absolutely confirmed the event with them. Just last week, I had emailed about reconfirming everything, and possibly needing to made some additions to our order, Amber emails back- no problem, just send in contract with 50% deposit. I have my assistant call them on Monday to give payment information, and send signed contract, and THEY SOLD OUR QUOTE TO SOMEONE ELSE

I ordered chairs, linens, heaters, and tables from A Gogo. They were extremely accomodative in regards to my budget and came through on a minutes notice. I spoke with Chad over the phone who coordinated everything quickly and efficiently. They were absolutely fantastic and I will use them in the future for all personal and work related events.
