GOOD: Wide variety and mix 20th century antiques. Clean, attractive shop. Friendly staff. BAD: Nothing bad to report. FYI: About the size of a fast food restaurant—not big enough to be a visitor destination on its own, but great enough to be included with other similar shops. Certainly should be included in regular rounds for locals.

I love Scout they have awesome furniture and modern and antique items in their store. I have a leather couch I bought here years ago that I still love. I have bought modern glass tables a set of three which I mix with my transitional furniture style. I enjoy shopping here because the vendor booths are so interesting to explore. I like mid century modern and they often have just stunning pieces in this style.

This is one of those home decorating stores you go into and come out wishing you had a larger home. Very unique and fascinating items and as an almost professional shopper for my home, and having shopped all over the south, this store still had items I have seen no where else. Some of it was a bit pricey, other pieces reasonable but if you are in the area this is a must to check out. It's also located by other shops for home decorating making it a nice place to stop for an hour or 2.

I've followed this place on Instagram for a while but never knew it existed when I lived here! Give them a follow @scoutlexington on Insta as they post cool items they have in their shop for availability.
For a mid century modern geek, this is a dream! It's in a super convenient area near downtown and is located next to other antique shops as well.
If you like mid century, this is a place for you! Not a waste of time at all like other antique malls can be sometimes

I've only been here a time or two but both times it was like going into a complete different store! It was maybe 4 days between visits and they stock had changed that much!!! I found while there 2 of the cutest chairs I'd ever seen and was dying to buy them lol! But like a couple other reviews said, it is a bit pricey, but not like insanely over priced or nothing it was just on the higher end retail pricing. Anyways I love the place and can't wait to take my wife to see the amazing stuff they have!!!

A must-see for decorators and casual looky-loos alike! This is the kind of place you'll come back to often, because it's unique, the merch changes every time you're in, and because you will always find something outstanding to buy. The staff and the owner Jeff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have purchased tables, wall art, sculptures, mirrors, frames, patio stuff, and it's all one-of-a-kind. 5-STARS!!!

A little pricey on some things, but also some cool, affordable pieces. But hey, it is an antique store, so that's to be expected. Not as big as most antique stores I've been in, but they did have some awesome finds that I wish I could have taken home with me. Really regretting leaving a couple things behind!

I had stopped in several times and finally found the right set of chairs. I believe i met the owner the first time and had a great customer service encounter though he was busy. After a week of deliberation i purchased two chairs. The staff was great, helped me load the chairs and quelled any last second indecision with "if you get home and don't like them, give us a call and we can work it out".
I'm a fan and will be back. Good people, good products, good experience.

This place rocks. We have slowly but surely furnished our condo with pieces from here. Though our visit to purchase ratio is probably 100:1, the staff still remains friendly to me and my wife. We enjoy running into locals here and talking fashion (or lack thereof) with everyone who works there. This is one of the few antique places in the area that doesn't focus on heavy, grandmotherly, victorian heavy pieces. You'll find more of a mid century / industrial theme here, but there is something for pretty much every taste.

Next to another resale shop on Liberty Road, Scout is worth the trip if you are looking for some pretty cool stuff--vintage things, not "fine antiques", and some well made used furniture from yesteryear. The store is narrow and items are arranged in alcoves and nooks. The staff is friendly and will make a call to a "higher up" if there is a question about the origin of a retail item. You can find expensive Julep cups and moderately priced jewelry, furniture and framed prints. There is also a lot of "Lexington" stuff for those who are into that. I've seen Faulkner
