BEWARE! Customer service is non-existent in this company. I had a 9:30am confirmed appointment to have some windows and a new door put on a house that I am working on. No one showed. I call the company at 10:05am to see what's going on and they had no answer for me, all they said was "we will have the technician call you". 10:15am, no call, no technician. So I call again, they say same thing "the technician will call you right now". At 10:30am this lady Rios calls me to tell me that the technician wont be there for another hour! I just had my house repainted and had the window frames repainted as well as they were aluminum and 35+ years old. Well, the screen frames now looked terrible, so I had to find a company to build new screen frames and screens for the entire house.
I saw this company with good reviews and decided to give them a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was per screen. I was told that the screens would be ready in about 3-5 business days.

EXCELLENT quality of the windows and customer service!!!! I had to wait a little longer than expected because of delays caused by the situation with Covid 19. However, the wait was worth EVERY second!!! Mohammed and his team at Hurricane Window & Screen kept me up to date so I was informed of any changes to the delivery and installation date.… Ernesto was the installer and his work was just perfect!! Tried using them when I installed impact windows. Could never get sales person to return my call. I ended up with Atlantic Windows. Their install work and follow up was horrible. So since HWS is local I called them for a screen replacement and or repair. Sales guy showed up and after three weeks and several phones calls still no quote for the job. Also NOW they tell me that they don’t install new enclosures. Customer service is horrible and people are just rude.
