The Durango Area Association of REALTORS (DAAR), the "Voice for Real Estate" in La Plata and San Juan County Colorado for over 50 years, representing 350 members from all real estate specialties including residential sales, commercial sales, development, property management, and appraisal.

The name of this organization shall be the Durango Area Association of REALTORS, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as the "Association." Section 2. REALTORS- Inclusion and retention of the Registered Collective Membership Mark REALTORS in the name of the Association shall be governed by the Constitution and Bylaws of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS as from time to time amended.
Directors have sole authority to appropriate association funds but do not unreasonably obligate DAAR beyond its tenure of office. Read and have general knowledge of Durango Area Association of REALTORS, Inc. (DAAR) Bylaws and Colorado Real Estate Network, Inc. (CREN) MLS Rules and Regulations. IMPORTANT.
