To list just a few of the significant innovations, new gossamer frame materials allow much lighter and easier-to-pedal bikes; shifting systems have become user-friendly with intuitive controls and silky-smooth operation; many two-wheelers now sport amazing brakes that utilize automotive technology for awesome control and power; modern seats pamper you with space-age cushioning materials and anatomic designs; and many of today's bicycles boast sophisticated suspension systems that tame tough trails and potholed pavement for an ultra-comfortable ride.

The guys at Cadence are the cream of the crop! I recently started cycling and every time I visit the shop, they are so kind and go above and beyond to help me. I recently got custom fitted on my bike and Brad took his time going though every minute detail, teaching me how to pedal correctly and giving me a ton of pointers that a newbie cyclist needs to know. I love going to Cadence because it’s always fun to just talk to them about cycling. They are awesome! They set the bar when it comes to customer service, but I don’t feel like a customer there, I feel more like a friend. Thanks, Brad! 🚴

Great selection of high end bikes. They also do good service work, but be sure to verify your "out the door" price as what they quote you before starting work is sometimes significantly less than what they charge when you pick up your bike.

Okay not to be rude, but I went their a week ago almost 2 weeks (still no return) on my bike that has just a flat tire that is a quick and done fix at other places. When I walked in there it did not look like you guys were that busy just talking.

Great service! I shopped here a few times and have always came out satisfied. My chain got loose when I was biking today and one of the workers saw me walking with my bike. He stopped and helped me fix it real quick. He didn’t have to do it, but he did it anyway. Best bike shop around!!

Great bike store! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the bikes and equipment sold in the store. They are also great with bike repairs as we have brought in several bikes for maintenance whether we bought them at Cadence or not.

I had a great experience with this place. I brought my bike in to get the front disc brakes worked on, I left it with them. They called me every step of the way and let me know what was going on and to make sure I wanted to continue and let me know how much it was going to cost before they did any work. The parts were ordered and the job was complete in 2 days of me bringing the bike in. I am very happy with the service.

Bike snobs.. not very willing to help a guy just trying to ask some bike questions. I am not very bike savvy so I went in to ask about a bike I'm restoring and was willing to give them my business but I decided to go elsewhere due to the lack of customer service.

20 years ago, my buddies and I had nice mountain bikes and rode everywhere. Brad and Cadence 120 always assisted us for a very fair rate. They would even install junk on our bike we didn't even purchase from them. 20 years later and presently I have been consistently running and needed an outlet for low impact cardio exercise. Brad and Cadence 120 have been essentially in the same location all this time - Is it possible a store could remain open, especially in the Old Shell / University location for (what I just found out to be) 30 years by providing poor dishonest service - that is impossible

Never go to this place. If zero stars were an option, I'd give zero. I brought my bikes there to get longer handlebars. I was told they would call me with an estimate after checking on the cost for the handlebars and longer cables. No word at all until they called after doing the "work." $320. Ridiculous. The clerk was rude and took close to 20 minutes for me to pick up the bikes and pay the ridiculous price. When I asked why it was so expensive the clerk "brad" essentially told me we had cheap bikes that needed lots of work. Mind you these are brand new bikes from

I ordered a sports nutritional supplement online from Cadence 120 and received an email confirmation of the order being received. Eight days later we reviewed an email saying the price on the web site was incorrect & if we still wanted the supplement they would fill the order at twice the original price! - I do not believe this was a bait and switch but this has left a bad taste in my mouth especially since there was no apology.

Fantastic shop, always well stocked with a kids bike to a pro level bike and everything in between. They have a super knowledgeable staff with solid mechanics. If cycling is your thing then Cadence is a bike shop that will meet all your needs. I purchased two bikes from them and have always been happy with the service I received.

My friend and I went in to get a valve adapter as the bike we borrowed has a Presta valve in the front and a Shrader in the back. Usually in the bike shops back home, they have a bucket of these adapters by the cash register, but I was surprised when the shop keep said, "I think we just sold it. We should have another one in by the end of the week." Wait, "it"? "One"? As in, singular?! I was surprised, but not disappointed. It seems mountain bikes are the norm, and they were incredibly helpful in helping us inflate the tires for the time being. Cadence 120
