Rachelle is always honest in our chats before procedure. She confirms what I think I need and also denies what I don’t need. As our bodies are tied with many insecurities and doubts about what is right or wrong about how we look, I appreciate someone who can see what I can’t see. She has helped me age gracefully and I truly want to thank her for that. Also the team at shady side skin center is kind, prompt, and present.

This was my first time getting laser hair removal and it was much easier than I anticipated. Lexy was AMAZING, she thoroughly walked me through the process which calmed my nerves immediately. I was so worried it would be painful during and after but it wasn't at all! Lexy did such an amazing job, she did it at a pace that was comfortable for me while being so professional during the process. I can't wait to go back! 10/10 👏👏

I cannot get over how kind and awesome Sydney is. I had one of the best experiences ever! Sydney was incredibly patient and helpful and explained EVERYTHING she was doing.
The space itself is incredibly clean and sanitary. You truly do get what you pay for, and the Skin Center is worth every dollar!
Also scheduling is SO EASY! Their team always work with my crazy work schedule. No hesitation.. I will be back.

Just want to say that my experience with Lexy was wonderful. She was absolutely thorough with the treatments I was receiving and is genuinely so nice. She made me feel at ease as it was my first time for lip filler. I had a very small upper lip and lip wrinkles. She assured me the wrinkles would go away and my lips would be fuller. I was nervous and stressed that I didn't want "big" lips. She assured me that it would look natural....well it does! I absolutely love them. My only regret is that I waited to get it done. I had my first visit to the Shadyside location a few weeks ago and could not have had a better experience! Everyone I met was so nice and accommodating and I could not recommend Rachel Gill more highly! She made me feel totally comfortable with the procedure and was very knowledgeable about the treatments I received! I love my results and I will definitely be returning!

I have been going to The Skin Center for a few years now. I always went to different providers each time. I can't say how happy I am that I found Rachel! She is now my GO TO GIRL. I refuse to let anyone else touch my face. I would trust her with my own life to be honest. Rachel was very informative before every treatment and answered all of my questions and concerns. I recently visited The Shadyside Skin center for a diamondglow procedure. Since covid its hard to provide a spa like customer service with all the steps and protocols but The Skin center flawlessly executed this.
I got to the door where I was greeted and temperature checked/hand sanitized by a masked goddess followed by some normal paper work. While I was filling out my paperwork and waiting, the reception staff and I chatted(social distanced) about different things and also gave me suggestions about how to prevent mini break outs due to the mask. Extremely helpful! I was provided some material

Medical Spas are great but they can be intimidating, especially if you're new to the location and the area. Fortunately, I was familiar to this group before going because one of my friends comes here!

I have been a client at the Skin Center Shadyside location for a little over 3 years now and I have been absolutely impressed with the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and compassion I have witnessed from the staff there! Beth has always given me a warm welcome at reception, and Ryan Lewis is a Medical Aesthetician cut above the rest! She is personable, down to earth yet professional, and she is very considerate of her client's comfort. The scheduling staff are wonderful they get you in ASAP and the pricing is fair.

I have been going to the skin center for about 3 years and I have had an excellent experience every time. For the past year or so I have exclusively been seeing Taylor Wright and she has been keeping me looking incredible. I haven't had a single issue with any of my treatments and she has been GREAT at listening to my goals and advising me on how to achieve them. We have made changes to my face that balance out my features while being so subtle and perfect that pretty much no one notices! It's one of the best things I've ever done for myself and I can't recommend Taylor enough

LOVE my girls at the skin center! Tiffaney is my go to girl for all my injections. She literally is the lip guru! Not only is she personable, she is very thorough and precise. I just had filler in my cheeks and lip plumping with Taylor. She is my go-to girl! I love how she explains everything and suggest what I should do with all my skin care needs when I ask. I wouldn't go here for laser hair removal. I went here for laser hair removal on my underarms and I was told I was the "perfect candidate." I have a really fair skin tone with dark hair. I never tan and didn't wax the hair, as I was told not to for both. I did 8 treatments, even though they said that some people stop after 4. I ended up spending a lot of money for something that didn't even work. I thought laser hair removal would help me save money in the long run, which is a huge joke because here I am like 1-2 years later in the exact same position that I was in

I recently visited the Shadyside location for brow Microblading by Liv. The facility is very friendly, clean and professional. Liv made me feel comfortable immediately during my consultation and worked with me to create brows that are "me", not giving me the same cookie-cutter brow as some artists do. And believe me, I did my research on IG and asking area professionals. I was given an aftercare package and thorough explanation of aftercare. I love my brows!
I have already booked a few more services with Liv and I look forward to returning there.

I went to the Skin Center for laser hair removal. I can't attest to the results because about halfway through my cycle of treatments, they raised prices by 65% (more than $100 per session) with NO notice; I was in the exam room receiving treatment when I was informed.
As other reviewers have mentioned, they are overpriced, but I thought that they would be worth the upcharge. Unfortunately the lack of courtesy for customers was unacceptable and they are even MORE overpriced now.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, all your questions are answered in a realistic way you understand, and I've never walked out unhappy.
Most recently I decided it was time for another round of botox and was interested in trying some filler. I booked a botox appointment and a consult with rachelle (*possibly misspelled) and an appointment the following week if the consult went well so I wouldn't have to wait if I decided the filler was a go.
Botox went smooth as always

So I've been going to the Skin Center for about 1.5 years now and would highly recommend them specifically, Jill. I've had my lips done and most recently Botox (obsessed to say the least) and every time I am thought of and treated amazing.
The Botox didn't hurt one bit and was the easiest/fastest thing of my life. I even asked "that's it?" Trust me. You want to get on this Botox train ASAP! Your forehead will thank you in 10 years :)
