Force Masonry is family owned and operated. It was founded by David Force in April of 2004. David began his journey in masonry, at just 22 years old, working for a small company as a mason tender (laborer.) After five years of labor experience, David joined Brick layers "BAC Local 6" for a three year apprenticeship.
Before the 3 years apprenticeship was complete, David landed a job with a commercial masonry company and began his career as a foreman. After two years of diligently working as a foreman, David was promoted to general foreman. David has built everything from jails, schools, hospitals, and more. In the year 2004, he decided it was time to go on his own and create a masonry company named D&S masonry.

Jacob came to give an estimate for work to be done for my HOA. He basically told me he could do the work but that it would be a waste of our money because tuckpointing wasn't going to accomplish what we had hoped. I am grateful for his honesty and respect the way he does business. Even though I can't comment on work performed, I will definitely call him again if a need for masonry work arises.

Force Masonry did a phenomenal job of repairing the area above our 2-car garage and around the front corner of our house. They identified the initial problem and other underlying issues along the way in a very respectful and professional manner. More importantly, they executed on the repair plan very efficiently and effectively. They were polite, clean & organized, and focused. We were so impressed by their work, we even expanded our scope of work to include the front window sills. They still finished on time. Used Force masonry to fix a leaking brick chimney. They came out to inspect problem in a very timely manner. Explained all the problems, and how they were going to fix them. Promptly sent out someone to install a tarp securely on my chimney so it wouldn’t leak worse before they came to repair. Very professional and very nice people to deal with.
I will use them in the future if any need arises.

I often have a difficult time working with contractors and Force Masonry was the only Peoria company that would respond to me when I needed to have my chimney rebuilt. Not only that but Jacob, the owner was pleasant to work with. When I went to visit the construction site, all the masons were very polite and explained to me the process of what they were doing. They showed me the damaged bricks and what I can do to better maintain brick based structures. I felt that everyone from the owner to the laborer were honest, hard working and at a very affordable price point.
