The response time to my call on a very hot and humid day was fantastic. I called and left a message at 7:30 am and by 8 am, Shane called me back and told me if he couldn't get to me today that he would be there between 12 and 2 the next day. Well he called me the same day around 12noon and the job was done within 2 hrs. Shane did a great job figuring out the problem and fixing it. He was very knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. I can't say enough about the great service and my husband and I will be using J&S HVAC services again for our heating and AC needs for our rentals
