I bought a used 2014 Hyundai Tucson from Mike Kelly Toyota this past summer. The salesman, Bruce Kendrick, was very patient, listened to what I was looking for and not looking for and went out of his way to find the best the car for me. I also want to give a shout out to the service department, my car had an electrical issue with one of the windows, they quickly diagnosed the problem, got a new part in, and I was back on the road before I knew it. All around a great experience, highly recommend.

Bought my TRD pro off road 4Runner at Mike Kelley Toyota and had the BEST experience at a car dealership ever! I wanted a very specific 4Runner model that was super hard to find and was lucky enough to meet & work with Alex Cable…Alex is one of the most professional and helpful car salesman this planet has to offer! Not only did he order the exact model & specs I was requesting, he hooked me up with some hard to find 4Runner extras! Alex also helped my sister work out a trade in & new vehicle purchase a few weeks after I bought my 4Runner because I was so impressed with his attention to detail

This is the paper Mike Kelly Toyota handed me, after they said they went over the truck, second picture is what my sensors read soon as I got in the truck. My sensors are correct. Straight lied. This isn’t the only problem I had with this place, it’s just the only problem I have proof of. This place is very expensive and they could care less about their customers, just the money.
