Andy Fox spent 20 years in the corrugated packaging industry handling sales, sales management, and general management responsibilities for several Fortune 500 companies. His 2001 marriage to his partner Wendy Meyerson led to a welcome career change that brought Andy into the natural products industry.

I really tried to give them a chance after a few times of disappointments. Unsure if it’s just me but their customers service is a bit warped and empty.
I went in since I was at the Petco and had a time limit when it came to groceries. So I went in Naturetyme to grab some quick bites.
When I got into my car I noticed I didn’t have my phone but definitely knew I had it when I drove into the mall. So I went to Naturetyme due to them closing and most likely if I left the phone, it would be at the register.
I was standing at the exit for 8mins waving, knocking, motioning phone and pointing inside

They have a large variety of homeopathic and organic items, just about any brand of supplement you could want. They even have a section of Natural remedies for pets.
They have a cosmetic section and people that can answer questions and assist you. They have a beauty salon and can help with particular problems.
There is a snack bar with healthy choices for food and drinks.

The most rudest place ever ...most entitled staff ever.. the only reason they stay in business is because they have somethings that Wegmans does not.. if any one else would be more gluten-free and dairy free I would NEVER go here again. I have been here multiple times and always the same results.. going to Green planet from now on

I like the store and I think the staff means well, but at time I feel they really have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to some of the product they sell. On many occasions I’ve come in asking about certain products and you can tell they’re just making it up as they go along. In my opinion, it’s best to research things before going in and know just what it is you’re looking for.

The customer service was amazing!!!! I needed a costum Mediterranean spice mix for hiking trips and Ryan helped me put it all together. He was so helpful and really put together a mix that worked out great in couscous and hummus. Everything was so fresh and delicious and cant wait to try it in other recipes!!!!

Very friendly service from the isle to the checkout. Someone asked me if I had found what I was looking for before I had a chance to ask for help. The price of the items I purchased were less expensive than Amazon, before S&H. When I checked out my items, they were discounted even more with the free discount card. Outstanding experience!

I absolutely love the varsity of food and product in the store. My favorite things are the juices and the smoothies. Many a time I find myself purchasing their smoothie of the month...just good stuff. Their soups and chili are also perfect during the winter. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful.

This is my first time coming in here, and I most definitely will be back again! The store is filled with so many healthy options, I didn't buy anything, but I did stay for lunch in their cafe area (Tyme-Out. I liked that I was able to mark down on a piece of paper exactly what I wanted in my sandwich, and then was able to add on a cup of soup for $2 ! I got a cup of white chicken chili and a tuna salad sandwich... this combo was way too much food for me! I also got their honey matcha tea latte, delicious. In total I payed $12 for these 3 items, which I think is extremely well priced!

Fair prices for supplements and vitamins. Customer service was okay. I have shopped a few times in the past and was greeted and felt welcome, helped each time. This most recent visit, no one reached out to ask if I needed help finding anything. I had my 6 week old baby with me. There was no soap in bathroom, which I was told was replaced after when I mentioned it to the cashier, good job.
As for shopping, LOTS of choices for dry shelf stable goods, dried herbs abd bulk and variety in store. lots of frozen and refrigerated food products. Fresh Produce was lacking. A small smattering of things,

Natur-Tyme is a something we should definitely be proud of here in Syracuse. Its kind of like if Whole Foods and Trader Joes decided to have a baby store, it would this one. They have a great selection of products both organic and non. They have hot food and drinks you can special order in the restaurant style section. I highly recommend the chili. It tastes phenomenal.
They have so much more at this store too. There is a huge area for vitamins as well as seeds like flax. They also have a cold food section which not only has a great selection of healthy products, but also a vegetarian

Cindy at the salon is terrific. I had a bad experience with another stylist at Natur-Tyme and requested her to fix my hair. She came in on an unscheduled day and did a great job fixing my hair. They don't try to oversell products and what they do use is much less chemical-laden than most salons. Go see Cindy!!

I stopped in to get some vitamins that I was running out of, though I'd never been here before. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was much more than a vitamin and supplement store, but carried a lot of the organic or health food products that I would get up north at The Mustard Seed. I didn't know where to go since moving to Syracuse, so now I know!! I can't comment as much on product since I've been here twice, but so far, it seems they have everything you would need, including produce!

O what a disappointing trip to the store this was. I was so excited to go somewhere besides wegmans to get my organic foods. I've been so rushed with work since I returned to Syracuse I have not had the chance to go anywhere but wegmans and I have to admit I despise wegmans so I walk into the store pockets full of cash ready to get my organic fill for the week and yes my diet is primarily organic when some dapper looking fellow with an assistant manager name tag on says sir we have a policy you can't shop here with a bag but you welcome to stay if you leave you bag up front. I make it a point to come here to load up on groceries and snacks when I'm in town. The staff is wonderful and they're super friendly. Even though I'm from out of town (and told them this) they still gave me coupons to use that are good for the next year and I really appreciated that! They're also super sweet to my little boy, which is always a big plus.
I was skeptical about the selection they'd have, but was pleasantly surprised. And what an awesome bulk foods section! I love the pre-bagged stuff. The dried fruits are fantastic.

Natur-Tyme is pretty amazing. It's a grocery store full of healthier foods and products, as well as a salon (they offer haircuts, makeup, facials, massages, etc) AND a cafe! They offer so many different kinds of products, you could spend lots of time here just checking it all out. They even offer products for pets!
Their chili smelled wonderful when I went but I was already full from breakfast so I didn't get to try it. I heard their smoothies are good! They have a seating area so you could get your lunch, massage, and grocery shopping all in one place!

Amazing place to get your natural products (food, soap, supplements, etc). Yes the prices are higher than your average grocery and supply store, but you get sustainable products.
The new location is awesome with more space, products, and services. Now you can get a haircut, get food from a cafe, and choose from more items.
At the very least I recommend visiting the store to see what it's about.
