Usually installed above or below other windows, awning windows have hinges at the top and open and shut with the turn of a handle. Two guys arrived earlier than scheduled (called first before arriving). Nicest guys...couteous, kind, and educational. These guys are Pells windows BEST representatives! In just a few minutes they diagonised the situation and were on their way- We have never had a more pleasant nor efficient visit by any repair personnel. Best bisitcever!! Thank you Nick! Gary called to inspect a broken window/door. He rapidly assessed the situation, determined what needed to be done/ordered. He fully advised me off all details pertaining to replacement of the broken door/window. Subsequently, he spent considerable time to remove the broken glass from the casing, thoroughly cleaned up all the broken glass fragments on the pavement and left the frame clean and safe while awaiting replacement.
Finally, he was kind enough to advise and assist me on an additional unrelated problem with a defective window shade.
