Jonathan knows what he's doing! I presented with a scalp disease that is difficult to heal. I received outstanding care and genuine empathy from this clinic. Irene, the assistant, was also a wonderful part of the support team. I highly recommend these folks for those suffering from severe hair loss and other scalp and skin issues. S. Olson

Great experience with Scott Taylor. Always asks if I have questions & makes sure I understand what he's saying. Everyone is super friendly and kind. The front desk people & nurses are great too.

Easy to set appointment, flexible to meet my travel difficulties, great receptionists. The really really good part was the excellent professionalism of the medical staff. Clear instructions, caring attention and best I can tell excellent medical qualifications and treatment was superb. I will go back to them in a moment if I need their services again. I went to this clinic in may -June and received a bill for 388 dollars This is a rip off 400 dollars for just to see a doctor it’s sooo stupid it’s cheaper to go there without having insurance ull end up paying 120 bucks …… plus after those pills that they gave me acutane I had to go the hospital because I start having pretty bad stomach issues!!! Never go there

I don’t know where all the negative reviews are coming from, but I’ve always had good experiences here. The front staff and the dermatologists are nice. I feel like they listen to me and spend a good amount of time with me in my appointments.

Dr. J removed the basal cell carcinoma, but used an awful closing technique. When I saw it for the first time 48 hours after surgery I was shocked--I had requested a 'plastic surgery close.' The response from Rosario was terrible. Never got to talk to the doctor, only nurses telling me that Dr. J had said 'all would be well.'

I have had two Mohs procedures in one week. My experience with clinic has been nothing but positive ! Dr. Jacobson and the staff are friendly and very professional , and made me feel like was being well taken care of. I wish I could remember everyone's name, you all made my experience a positive one. Thank you!

This clinic has always treated my husband with great professionalism and care. He has had a few procedures with them and each one has been on point. Now with COVID restrictions they have a great way to check in with all current insurance info, billing and all current personal info included. We would highly recommend them.

I had an appointment August 16th with Masha Mobbley, NP along with her staff, Brianna and Alx and Sheila.
From the office staff to the exam every step was very professional and thorough.
I really liked Masha and how she explained to me differently than previous Drs about the care and treatment of my medical situation.
The appointment was quick and complete.

First time patient to the Rosario Skin Clinic in Mount Vernon and I was very impressed! Sheila at the front desk was very helpful and curtious. Briana the MA who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional, and Nic Elizondo the PA who treated me was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional ! A great team! Had an app. Today for skin cancer surgery it went well ,fast , smoothly. Everyone was nice and it went smooth all the way through. Instead of taking 4 hrs I was back home relaxing by 11 . Everything still num no pain so far.

I just had my first appointment with the Rosario Skin Clinic Bellingham branch and really enjoyed it! I am finally on new creams that will potentially help me and the people there were very nice and non… judgmental. Opposing a previous place I went too years ago and the woman there made me feel ashamed for having psoriasis while Rosario made me feel it is more “normal.” Shout out to Jonathan and Jenelle for being welcoming and helpful! Will definitely continue going here. Hoping for a great skin recovery.

1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO 0 STAR. Dr. Fowler was scheduling 3-4 months out, but we still made an appointment. Two weeks prior to the appointment, we received a voicemail stating that Dr. Fowler is not presently seeing patients. Call back within 30 minutes and during business hours, multiple times. Just voicemail. No human beings picking up the phone during business hours. Wait 5 days for a call back. Nothing. We call back. Finally get a human being and ask why Dr Fowler is not seeing patients. "She's on sabbatical." Unbelievable unprofessionalism. Were it a family emergency

Cassandra Webb is the most unprofessional and rude provider I have ever dealt with. As a medical professional you should want to educate and have a degree of empathy for your patients. Maybe if we were there to pay for botox, we would have received better care instead of being attacked because of asking questions. She wasn't interested in long term care, but instead wanted to do the same treatment that she had done before that didn't last. I have never been so shocked or felt so disrespected than my appointment today.
