Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.
They don't care about your belongings. The item I had shipped was not handled professionally (delivered on wrong date, no wrapping, one person moving a heavy item).
When I asked how they planned to repair furniture they broke, I was told that it shouldn't matter- actually I was told my piece of furniture was "not the Mona Lisa". After about a month of back and forth, they did offer to come and get my item and give me a refund. But I decided to keep it and pay to repair myself, since it just wasn't worth dealing with
