Above the Rest Document Services was founded in 1998 by Margo Ann Dowd, with a goal of helping people navigate through the complex California legal paperwork system without the expense of an attorney. We provide professional document preparation at prices that won't break your budget. Margo has worked in the legal document preparation field for nearly 30 years, having received her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1993.
At Above the Rest Document Services, we prepare legal documents for clients in a range of California legal matters, from adoption to divorce to wage garnishments. We will provide you with the forms and information that you need to represent yourself, prepare the appropriate legal documents for you, and even file them at the local courthouse.
I was having trouble getting my final divorce documents submitted with the court. I tried to complete the documents myself but when I submitted them to the court, they were sent back to me 4 times with different information that was filled out incorrectly and the support of the courts to complete the paperwork was not helpful.
