Atlantic Dance offers a balanced program that allows both recreational and serious dance students the optimal opportunity to grow as dancers and creative individuals. Our students are introduced to many styles and trends in dance while maintaining a commitment to the essential principles of a good dance education. Services
Focuses on the dancer's own interpretations with strong movements that express their inner feelings. We offer several workshops each summer that are designed and instructed with a mind towards enhancing the skill level of each student who attends. Attention to strength and flexibility and improved technique is accented in a fun and non-stressed atmosphere.
Our students have gained a reputation for presenting an entertaining and professional performance and we are especially proud to showcase them each year. There are three performances of our recital with showtimes at 6 pm on Friday and Saturday at 1 pm and 5 pm. Every class is photographed beautifully in costume by J. Aaron Trotman - and featured in the book.

Dedication, hard work, and the desire to be amazing role models are the traits our competition team girls have. They spend their Friday nights and Saturday mornings in the Studio most weekends from October thru March to perfect their dancing skills.
The team goes to two or three competitions each year and have performed in our community at several events including Artrageous and as Atlantic Dancers Against Cancer at Relay for Life and St. Baldrick's OBX Shave Riders fundraisers.
