The office staff are the most insensitive people I’ve ever met in my life. While my husband was getting work done and I sat in the office I heard them mock and talk down about every client they encountered on the phone or in person. I’ve had the worst year of my life and the women of this office know the extent. I was treated horribly. After years of coming here and referring so many people. Only to get a hateful and hurtful letter that I was no longer welcome there. Dr. Pilgrim is an amazing dentist. If you can stomach the women at the front then this place will suffice.

**** FIRST TIME AT THIS DENTAL OFFICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I received a teeth cleaning approximately three weeks ago and was told that my insurance would cover a teeth cleaning. I asked multiple times to ensure this was the case and every time I was told, yes. Before I went back to have my teeth cleaning I asked the receptionist AGAIN, just to be on the safe side. GRANTED by this point they already made copies of my insurance card, inputting whatever they had to into the computer and yet again I was told that I had nothing to worry about. I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, the staff was very professional and very personable. this is by far the best dentist I've ever been to he was laid back very personable he explained everything to me very clearly and he helped me out with my toothache pain. if you're looking for a dentist to go to that's laid back and knows what he's doing and takes care of you go here you will not be disappointed!

Great dentist & staff! My family and I have been going to him for years, and he keeps the same staff for long periods of time. It says something to me to see the same people working there, that they are satisfied to work for Dr. Pilgrim, and they are good at what they do, too. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Pilgrim and his staff since he started his wonderful practice many years ago. I highly recommend Dr Pilgrim. He is great at giving shots, which I absolutely hate shots. He has a God given gift. He is very patient and compassionate. His staff has went over and above to help me many times in very difficult situations. They are a blessing to me!

The dentist, his assistants and hygienist were amazing!! They are kind, professional, thorough and very caring. I had some issues with one of the front desk people not putting in my insurance information and getting everything ready to go, which delayed my appointment. I also found out that day that my insurance considered this office out of network. However, because the staff in the back were so amazing, I went ahead with the full appointment. I would still highly recommend this place, despite the front office mishap.

If you want a great, positive experience with a dentist, then Dr. Pilgrim’s office is the place to go.
The staff is friendly, yet professional. All work is done quickly and efficiently. One thing I really appreciate is the way they schedule patients. I have never had to wait, which is rare for any doctor’s office these days.

For the last 17 years I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pilgrim’s. His staff has always accommodated me with kindness & vigilance. Dr. pilgrim has given me confidence as well as transparency & knowledge. I’ve always been able to have reassurance that I will be taken care of properly. Having high anxiety this aspect is very important to me. His top priority are his patients future & present. The other doctors he recommends are just as knowledgeable as well as credible, I highly recommend!

Long story short... After moving to OK from OH (Go Bucks beat Clemson) back in 2007 I was reluctant to pick a new dentist because I had the same one back home for nearly thirty or so years...
Went to a provider in the OKC area shortly upon moving here and he remarked that my hometown dentist must have been a "hack" and that I had seven cavities needing filled... He also remarked that he was more or less an "aggressive" provider...
Needless to say I remained with my hometown dentist for a number of years, coordinating visits with returns home to visit family...
About five or so years ago I stumbled

Dr. Christian Pilgrims and his staff is some of the best in the business in my opinion, been going there for years and don’t have any thing bad to say, their staff is top notch in every way, from the front Office to the back, we’ve been going there for years! And with that said my wife had to have eleven extractions on Dec 30th, no one could have treated my wife as good as the folks in this office, not to mention there sense of humor.
