A very small percentage of employees have personal employment contracts with their employer. Another small percentage of employees have union protection with their employer. The vast majority of employees are at-will employees. The rights of these at-will employees are much more limited. However, employment lawyers know that in certain circumstances, even at-will employees have statutory rights against their employer.

He refuses to return phone calls or emails, and always makes excuses for why he ignores you. He made false promises about the work he would do and lies about the motions he files. He will never provide for you any copy of any discovery he receives or any court notice. If this changes, I'll update my review. But as of right now, he has taken a $7500 retainer and has done nothing for the past year. The courts have been postponing the court dates over my objections, and they refuse to file the motions i send them pro se, insisting that a lawyer has to do it. Atlantic County Courts are a racketeering
