I really wanted to give 5 star review for this pace; since they were friendly and professional at the beginning; however, here is why I rated them as 1 star. Initially, ordering process went smoothly. I placed an order for Calacata Laza quartz countertop for my newly renovated kitchen. Initial lay out and price quote included a countertop bridge piece behind the stove. This piece was never installed even though I paid as agreed. As I was told, piece broke during cutting and there were no more pieces to re-cut it from. I went to the the cutting shop, reviewed available solid option for missing piece
