Very clean and great service! We would definitely stay here again. It was a very reasonable price and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Wonderful motel. The lobby was clean, smelled great, and had friendly staff. The room was very clean, smelled great, and the beds were comfy. Linens all smelled great, not like normal hotels sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely stay again!

It was described as a "Boutique Hotel", NOT!
After you check in, and then start walking around the courtyard to get to your room, it's very shabby and outdated. The painted concrete common areas are peeling and there are huge bare spots. Then you walk into the room... You can tell the room has been updated with carpet, furniture and bedding. The first thing we noticed was the smoke detector on the wall was missing a battery, because that empty slot was just hanging there. The beds were clean and comfortable. But the bath/toilet room is nasty and horrible. Not updated at all! Months if not years

This hotel was surprisingly comfortable and convenient. We live 6 hours away and wanted to find something economical with as many amenities as possible. The price is great and location is excellent. The staff was very helpful and the property remodel was done well. We will stay there again.

You know how places post pics from 10 years ago when they opened and the actual place is a dump or dumpier when you arrive? —Not this place. It was actually better than I expected, and I don't think that's ever happened to me with an online booking. Clean, safe, and attractive. I've had rooms that weren't this nice for $200+ a night. The courtyard looks better in person full of pretty wildflower perennials. Didn't do the breakfast but it looked nice when I checked in. What a deal.

$180. She had told us about paint chip and we said no worries. Didn’t tell us about the moldy shower curtains. Funny smell in room when you first enter. Bathroom is TINY No tissues. No coffee in room. Continental breakfast included rock hard bagels with little else. Definitely cashing in on the popularity of Asheville. Will not go back Wish I could post the pictures

Renovated motel that offers reasonable prices and clean rooms close to downtown. The patio was very cute with various flowers. Beer can be bought in the lobby after 3pm which is a nice touch. Also, SUPER comfy beds!

Maybe ok at $60 per night but definitely not the $120 we paid. Room smelled terrible and bathroom was so gross we decided not to shower until our next destination. My daughter had another room they said was not too bad but the backside of the hotel where their room was does not feel safe with an abandoned building and woods. Unless you get a great rate and don't mind a little grime, I recommend skipping this hotel. :-(

I am pleasantly surprised to find this kind of quality and careful design at a motel. There are so many things I love about The Beaucatcher Boutique Motel: (1) price: one king bed, $65 in late February--reasonable/affordable; (2) location--close to everything in Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway; (3) the room is very comfortable, but most importantly, as someone who travels for work, the desk with an adjustable desk chair was perfect to get in a few hours of work before checkout; (4) the care the owners took to make this little motel a "boutique" experience. For example, the rooms

This little place is right next door to Panda Express, and right across from McDonalds and Taco Bell. This place use to have a pool, but was filled in and used as a patio. This place is small and quiet, but our bed was dirty!

For the most part the hotel was fine. However, the sink didn't drain, which was gross. You had to stick your hand in the dirty water to drain it. Also, the room was NOT clean when we got there. There was someone else's hair all over the floor of the bathroom and in the shower, and there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower. Also someone's used contact lense was stuck to the floor. We let the hotel know about the dirty room and they just said they would let the cleaning crew know. Had the room been clean, the stay would have been just fine. It wasn't fancy, but it was nice enough

No customer service at all. My wife and I booked here for the night of Friday, 7-19-19 for the first night of a long weekend. We were going to be in late due to flights so I called at approximately 7 pm local time to let them know. The desk attendant (who was very pleasant) noted we would be arriving late and assured us that it was no problem and the desk/lobby is manned 24/7.

Our flight was delayed by several hours due to weather, and we do not arrive until shortly before 4 am (roughly 2 hours later than planned). The lobby is locked and there is a sign on the door "back in 10 minutes"

I picked this motel before reading the reviews on Yelp and other sources... so I was a little concerned. Not worries at all. The staff was friendly, the room was well kept and clean.

We had made a long trip and the most important thing for me was a comfortable bed. The beds were so comfortable, and being formerly in the pest control industry and working with families whose homes have been infested with bed bugs, it was great to see that they have high quality bed bug protection on their mattresses. This is something you sometimes do not see in even the most expensive locations.

I would

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Was in Asheville for the night and found this refurbished hotel. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly, and cost was more than reasonable. I travel a lot and the room was larger and cleaner than many rooms I have paid a higher fee. If you are staying for the breakfast don't, but there is a McDonald across the street.
The hotel is very simple, nicely done jewel

Not impressed at all!! They say this is a Boutique Hotel!!! NOT!! They have recently remodeled and from the looks at it done a horrible job! The floors were not clean and had hair on the floor when we checked in! Plus the carpet had several tears in it!

This was a last minute thought and if it would have been for more than one night I would have made other accommodations!!

The front desk obviously has a problem. I called in with a business request for a last-minute reservation, for the next day. They held the room, although I was waiting to get the business credit card. Ok, so far, so good.

When I arrived an hour later, I told the front desk clerk, that I needed to access the Internet to secure my reservation, for the next day. My contacts were not reachable by phone that morning. Yes, I could have pulled out my iPhone, and attempted to do business on a small screen. But I needed to make some quick inquiries on my computer before reserving, and it made obvious

Located on Tunnel Road, less than 2 miles from downtown. I don't think you could walk to downtown though, not really a walking road.

From the outside it looks like a renovated Howard Johnson's from the 1950s. It definitely is a motel, they call it a boutique motel, they are overselling it a little. The lobby is modern and clean. They have a little breakfast room next to the front lobby and coffee 24 hours a day(I can't verify this). No pool or other amenities. Free wifi though.

The rooms are basic in size and laid out a little strange the the bathroom sink by the front door.

Review for Beaucatcher

My sister and I stayed here on our road trip. We wanted to be close to downtown Ashville in order to be close to all the breweries, among other things. Side note, the hotel sold cans of beer from the breweries for $6 a piece so we just stayed in! Most downtown hotels ranged from $125 - $200 + and there weren't many Airbnb's to choose from.

When we were searching this motel appeared for $84 a night. We had a very nice stay and would stay again. The motels renovations were completed in September 2016. The rooms are very tasteful with quality bedding, fluffy towels
