Kevin Smith Transportation Group was great to work with. We rented a mini school bus to shuttle us, our family, and our wedding party to multiple locations for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Their prices were reasonable, service was friendly, the bus was clean and the shuttle was on time for every pickup. Jackie was super helpful, answering all of our questions during the booking process and our driver Rykkya was fantastic. Would definitely use KSTG again.

I have used this limo service for quite a few years. During this time I have met several drivers. Each is professional, polite and extremely helpful / not only as a skilled driver, but as extremely helpful in recognizing my wife’s handicap and making sure she was well taking care of when we were dropped off and picked up. My husband and I hired Kevin Smith for our wedding transportation after seeing they donated services to UPenn's cancer unit. That was incredibly special to us. We hired two shuttles from them - one we had to add just 3 weeks before our big day!

We have used Kevin Smith Transportation multiple times over a few years to and from the Philadelphia, Allentown, and Newark airports. Their drivers are always professional, polite, helpful, and early. And also important to me, they drive safely, non-aggressively. I appreciate the ease in scheduling, the email confirmations and the messaging before the pick-up for extra confirmation. Especially for a limousine service, one needs dependability like this. I will gladly continue to use their service because they excel in all these things ..

I've used other limo services, but Kevin Smith is the best I've ever used. We were a group of 21 ladies song a day trip to Broadway. Our bus was clean, comfortable, and modern. But most importantly our driver was a total gentleman, punctual, and managed all our various destinations with zero interruption. Bravo! I'll definitely use again.

With the cost of parking at the airport, having the luxury of. Driver both ways to and from the airport is actually cheaper than leaving the car at the airport for an extended period. . And it truly is luxury. Comfortable cars , excellent communication and great drivers. Gary is a great professional and also a genuinely interesting person to chat with. I recommend working with Kevin Smith. You will not be disappointed.

They kept half of my deposit even though we cancelled over two weeks before our scheduled trip and had to cancel because the island we were traveling to closed due to Covid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them for our daughter's wedding on 8.3.18 . 28 people on the bus ALL reported that the driver was speeding and a ride that should have taken 15 minutes, took 45 min. They were literally worried for their life and were ill. Driver said his GPS stopped working and was lost. They drove down the same backroads multiple… times in different directions. Ceremony had to be held. Operations Manager said WE were wrong their GPS NEVER fails, no customer service whatsoever & tried to explain what would be the motivation for our guests to take the time to tell us this

Had a great experience with our transportation to and from the Manhattan cruise terminal. Jon and John were great! The booking was easy, communication was great, and the busses were early! I would definitely use them again in the future.
