Services
ABL group ballroom/ social dance classes are offered in a casual friendly atmosphere. We tend to keep our classes not too large in order for instructors to provide as much personal attention as possible in a group setting. Wear your comfortable clothes and shoes. We recommend to wear "dance shoes" for the best dancing experience.
ABL offers private ballroom dance lessons designed for anyone interested in ballroom dancing for fun or any special occasions. Both SINGLES and COUPLES are welcome. Our instructors have extensive experience working with beginners and seasoned dancers.
Whether you are learning to salsa or foxtrot, or any other dance styles, with or without a partner, in our private dance lessons, you will receive one-on-one personalized instruction from your teacher according to your interests, needs and goals.

Workshops are special group dancing events designed to teach students on either all levels of experience, or broken into specific levels, also, specialize on either specific dance style (Rumba, Waltz, Salsa, Swing.), or dancing techniques (partnering, musicality, continuity, .) Duration: 2 hours of Workshop.
We love working with engaged couples! ABL instructors are happy to help you create a wedding first dance that matches your personality and wedding style. Having worked with wedding couples for many years, we have developed effective teaching methods to help couples with different dance levels, needs and goals.
