English Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center and Surgi-Spa was carefully designed to promote a clear reflection of aesthetic beauty. Our office has a peaceful ambiance in its architectural and interior design. Our procedures are performed in our own fully-accredited, state-of-the-art surgical suite, using the most modern equipment available, and staffed with experienced and highly-skilled personnel.
Our staff will provide detailed information on fees for all procedures being considered. If you have any questions concerning fees or financing, do not hesitate to ask. As always, our cosmetic procedures are customized for each patient, so the amount you pay will be based upon your own individual needs.
To ensure you are a good candidate for facial surgery, Dr. English will have you complete a health questionnaire and ask you about any medications you are taking. Depending on your answers, he may also recommend pre-operative bloodwork, particularly for more invasive procedures that require anesthesia.
The goal of a facelift, or rhytidectomy, is to reduce sagging and loose skin in the face and neck by lifting or repositioning the skin and underlying tissues. As a result of recent improvements in procedures, the facelift has become one of the most desired cosmetic surgeries. As individuals age, the skin as well as the fat and bone structure of the face change.
As you age, the skin on your neck may no longer feel firm and tight, but instead may start to sag or wrinkle. When this happens, your neck may appear fuller than normal, and might also have a lack in definition. A neck lift is a procedure in which excess skin is lifted, trimmed, and tightened in order to remove sagging jowls, wrinkles, or that "turkey wattle."

Just a quick note to express how thankful I am that I chose Dr.English as my plastic surgeon. I have thought for awhile now to get my breast down and looked into many doctors. I have a great friend who has used him for many years and a couple of others as well. They all told me he’s the one you need to see 110%. So, I took that push, drove 3 hours… and never looked back. This is the best, most compassionate doc. I have had the best experience with my results and surgeries. I had lipo and the bbl first. And let me just say I am in love with my butt now. Then, I just had my tummy tuck done. Doc English even came to my house to check on me after 2 days after my surgery. My results look amazing. I love the staff, and everyone makes you feel so at home. Will definitely be going here for my future, elective surgeries. They are truly the best and I couldnt be happier with my results. The best ever.

Dr. English and his staff are phenomenal. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel like family. I have always hated the way my chin looked and was extremely self-conscious of any picture I took. Dr. English was very honest and advised me on what he felt would look the best. I can’t explain how proud I am of the outcome, it looks amazing.… The morning of my procedure, we prayed and that calmed all nerves. The day after my procedure, Mrs. Diane, came to my house to remove my bandage and check on me. I don’t believe I would receive this quality of care from anywhere else

I just recently had a procedure done by Dr. English and I am beyond pleased with my results! He was extremely professional and personally helped me make decisions that fit my body style. His staff was nothing but friendly and very caring from my first appointment and has continued! Their bedside manner is amazing by checking on me daily with personal phone calls and even answered an emergency call on a holiday within 5 minutes! I cannot say enough good things about them but if you choose their staff to help you with your needs it will be the best decision you have ever made! I am post op 2 weeks
