I have been meaning to write this review for the longest time. I actually used Fenco to take care of my heater in January. They did great job repairing it and making sure that it was running properly for us. I haven't needed to use them since but I would absolutely welcome them back in my home. They were highly professional and so kind to me and my family. I'm happy to recommend them and sorry that I didn't get this review done sooner. If I need heating repair or AC repair in the future, I will definitely call them.

I called to have someone come and give me an estimate and the technician from Fenco showed up right on time. The customer service I was given was wonderful, they were very attentive to my needs. They were able to give me a comprehensive quote on having my system replaced and made me feel very comfortable welcoming them into my home. They will be installing a new unit for me on Monday but I was already so impressed with the estimate I received that I wanted to write a review early. I find it very difficult to find a contractor that you can trust and that treats you with respect but this company

I had a great experience with Fenco. They were great in every way. They were flexible with my scheduling and able to come quickly to help us out. I have used other company in the past but Fenco is the most affordable. They are great communicators and took a lot of time to explain to me what was going on with my unit. My whole repair was done in less than three hours. I'm very happy. 5 stars isn't enough, they deserve 10.

I needed someone to come out on short notice, and I thought there was no way I was going to be able to find someone to help me out. I was so lucky because all I had to do was put one call into Fenco, and they were on top of everything. Better yet, their rates (even for a last minute call) were extremely affordable. They were able to get my repair done the same day. It only took them a few hours and our AC was up and running again. I have never experienced customer service like this before. I would definitely recommend this company. I am very pleased.

I started using this company when I first bought my home because they were the company that the previous owners used. They are always easy to make an appointment with and everyone who works here is so genuinely nice. We haven’t had any major issues but we do use them for regular maintenance and cleanings and they always are timely and professional. I highly recommend using them. The quality of work and the quality of their employees here is really unmatched. They deserve far more than 5 stars.

I needed to replace A/C units for our business and this was giving me a headache with not only finding the right size and a good quality but also keeping it under budget. I got several quotes but Fenco did a good job by getting me a brand name that was durable and helped us find the right size A/C unit for a lower cost. The job was done very professionally and the A/C is working great.

My ac made a weird noise on Friday. And then my power breaker tripped. I looked online for a ac repair company and found Fenco. They sent one of their guys our same day. And turns out. My fan cut a wire and then shorted the circuit. Fenco repaired it quick and very professionally and then charged me a very reasonable price. The workers are very honest and friendly.

When I noticed water dripping in the kitchen, I thought it may be the AC system. So I called the guy who installed it to be told that he's no longer in business, A friend of mine recommneded Nabil from Fenco. Nabil was there in about an hour and he examined the system and realized that the pipes are getting old. He gave me the option to either repair them now or divert the water to the roof. He did not charge me for coming and doing this service. I was very touched with his generosity and will for sure use him again if I need AC service. I highly recommend them.

I highly reccommend Fenco heating and air to all my coworkers, family and friends. Fenco does exceptional work and are very reasonable in pricing. The owner of the company is a honest and hardworking individual and I can always count on him for my air conditioning needs. Have not used them for heat yet but if I ever need that service I know exactly who to call. With summer around the corner I hope my AC doesnt go out but if it does I know I will receive great service for a great price!
