With the use of TELEDERM / TELEDERMATOLOGY, we will be able to continue to care for your skin needs without having to come into the office. All appointments will occur through HIPPA protected software and you will be able to virtually see the doctor through a web camera/iPhone/iPad/internet. Dr. Sato is a class act. Highly educated, thoughtful, funny and great bedside manner. He's prompt, extremely knowledgable and understanding. The whole staff is helpful, even calling in, Harold is always in a good mood and very thorough. Refreshing to have an office where both front and back of house are on point. Been going here for years but thought they deserved a review.

From reception and through your appointment, Dr Satos office is a wonderful experience. Most folks don’t see dermatology regularly and if you need to start this is the best place.
I had a small surgical procedure done in office and it was an exceptionally wonderful experience. I felt so comfortable with Dr Sato I wasn’t nervous at all.

Dr. Sato is great! He is a younger guy, but I have no doubt he knows what he's doing, he's got all his awards or certificates/degrees on the wall etc. The front desk is a little strange as I checked in by writing my name on a paper, and the girl behind the glass never acknowledged me. I wasn't even sure if she knew I was there?
But the doc called me in They said they could check me for skin cancer, it's part of the exam, so I said sure. You undress, and they have a female attendant stay in the room and he just checks out and weird things you might have on your body.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by very warm and welcoming staff. Usually, I try to book an appointment, but on my most recent visit, I actually walked-in hoping that I would be able to be seen. Dr. Sato was able to accommodate this last-minute walk-in visit despite his busy schedule. I liked that I never felt rushed either. I've been to other practices where I feel rushed and/or pressured into something not knowing fully what I'm signing up for. Most importantly, when talking to Dr. Sato, he is understanding, reasonable, and works with you to give you the best treatment. Overall, a great

Sato General & Cosmetic Dermatology was excellent. Wonderful communication and excellent turn around time. Very good service and their activities really fantastic. I've been using this service for quite a few years. Dr. Sato was very friendly. The company has a good future ahead of them, they are very nice guys and very helpful.The best place I have found to buy all of the extra health products that I require. They really can not be beaten on price, and believe me I do shop around a lot. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Great experience at the doctors office. it was very easy to make an appointment as the staff was very friendly. It was nice that they are still taking new patients since other places i called was like a two month wait! I had a great experience and Dr. Sato was very patient in listening to me and discussing my skin problems. He prescribed a cream and cleared things right up! Glad I found him if i need him in the future!

I really like how I didn't have to wait after finishing the registration paperwork. Dr. Sato's staff was courteous and efficient. He came in the room right away and finished the visit about my hands in about 10 minutes. Dr. Sato amazingly explained the condition in a way I could understand and sent me on my way without questions about my treatment. Efficient, easy to talk to, and easy to get an appointment.
