Nathan Tanner seems only interested in what profits him or his dental associates.
He did not provide “options” for the problem I saw him for.
Extreme pain on a dead cracked tooth with an infection.
“You need a root canal.” Done.
Make an appointment.
No other explanation of cost or procedure.
NOTHING
Other options, like an extraction, WERE NOT EVEN PRESENTED AS A POSSIBILITY.
Just saying that a dentist, who doesn’t disclose the options to correct a problem is selfish, heartless, and NEGLIGENT.
I guess he feels comfortable making decisions that he feels are best for his patients

Let me start with the back office: Amazing cleaning and a good efficient dentist. Unfortunately, I am not local (seasonal work) so they will not take my insurance. The front office, scheduled me to replace my crown and quoted me a price that sounded very reasonable for a 5-10 min procedure. During the checkout process I was charged double what was quoted. The same lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule and get my crown recemented told me that it was my fault for not communicating clearly that the only price I wanted was for the recementing of the crown. I understand they did a service for me

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I developed a very painful tooth infection while camping in Yellowstone this September. I saw the office while driving past, walked in, and was seen immediately. Dr. Danielle was extremely kind, understood the problem, and prescribed the needed antibiotics and pain- killer that I needed. I thought the price was reasonable for the location, $112 for the visit and xrays, out-of-pocket.

Dr. Tanner was absolutely incredible. I was experiencing severe pain the night before I went in, and I was waiting in the parking lot before the office even opened. Without an appointment, and without any hesitation, Dr. Tanner made room in his schedule. Furthermore, I felt like a priority. He was so compassionate and made sure to check in with me during every step of the procedure (I ended up needing to extract a tooth) and really took his time so the visit did not feel rushed despite the last minute nature of the visit. Super grateful for this place. We are in town vacationing and staying at a campground with my crown fell off. They got me in the same day and was in and out within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Super professional, very clean, extremely nice and friendly people. Great dentist! If I lived in this area I would give them another try!!

Been going to this dentist for years, learned through the grapevine that the main dentist in the practice sold, I was not told at my last cleaning this happened. Had a blond female dentist come in, did not introduce herself and just started poking and prodding. She had said that I needed a filling in one of my teeth, I requested to look at my X-Rays that were taken that day, and I asked where it was, I can also read them as my mother was a hygienist for over 30 years and taught me. Seems like the new "ownership" just wants to bleed insurance. Will be looking for a new dentist in town.

I have used two other dental offices in the past who did great work but were so expensive I didn't go back, and it always took me a long time to get an appointment. I took a chance on Elk Ridge Dental and they fit me in for a cleaning and xrays for the following day. Okay, it's off season but I was thrilled. They not only did an excellent job but offered me a discount they haven't offered in the paper for a month . They also informed me of further work I needed and were totally upfront about how much it would cost. I will use them again.

I came to Jackson Hole for a ski trip and ended up having a dental emergency! Thank God for Elkridge Dentists who gave me a same day appointment to fix my crown. They were friendly, caring and did a great job in 20-30 minutes so I can be on my way eating my favorite foods on vacation. Thank you, thank you for taking care of me!! I wish I lived in Jackson so they could be my dentists!

Just over two weeks before the end of my seasonal job in Jackson, I developed a toothache. I did some research and decided to contact 2 local dentists. Elk Ridge Dental was prompt to return my call; I never heard from the other. After explaining my situation to Gloria on the phone, she made me an appt for the next day. I saw Dr. Espinoza, who after discussing my symptoms and a little of my dental history and reviewing my x-ray, concluded in her exam that perhaps a small spot of decay that didn't even show on the e-xray was the culprit and recommended a filling.
