They were prompt to come look and measure. A day early to install-that was great. No issues with their product! This was the second time we used this company. Lost two stars this time because the installer, instead of asking us to push the old screens out since the pull tabs were on the inside of the screen, poked holes and ripped a piece of our old screens to remove them and install the new ones. He then left the old screens for us to see. I could have used the old screens in other windows where the screens are torn from wear and tear. I set up an appointment for 12 pm-1 pm for an estimate. I got a text at 10:30 am from Ben (the owner) on the day of the appointment and he told me he had finished up a job early and could be here at 10:40 am. I didn't see his text until noon, as I was on a business call. I texted him back and apologized for not responding to him when he texted, but told him I was ready for him to come by to do the estimate at the appointed time. He responded by saying he waited 1.5 hours and couldn't wait any longer and I would have to reschedule. My appointment was for NOON and he sent me that text at NOON!! I

We were referred to this company by one of our neighbors and let me tell you they were great to work with. Came out quickly, provided an estimate and explained what solar screens are designed to do. Being from Chicago it was great to hear an honest no b*(&@# opinion and recommendation. They were patient with as we worked with our HOA to get the screens approved. Once approved they installed 10 screens in about an hour.
Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a honest, local and veterans owned business.

We had our patio screened in, and WOW, what a transformation. Chris and crew were super professional, they came and completed the installation, cleaned up and that was it. The product they installed is top notch, and we are really happy with it. It truly makes our patio an extension of the house, that we were looking for.

Our experience was five-star. The finished product more than met our expectations. Lupe (their estimator/installer) was simply outstanding. He provided a prompt, reasonable estimate. Lupe and Benjamin “Ben” (their installer) completed the project in ONE day. Their work was impeccable; they gave attention to every detail, throughout the entire project. DEFINITE HIRE FOR SOLAR SCREENS: Explained my needs and product options were presented. Selected product and item was a explained. Owner and his partner installed screens and they look awesome. One was a bit canted as i am bit OCD and they immediately returned to adjust screen. Fellow Veteran with excellent product and business practices. Thanks Lupe for a job well done. We had them do solar screens for all windows on our house. They came right out to measure to custom make them and said they'd be ready in 10 days. They were ready sooner and just in time for the Texas heat. We literally felt a temperature difference in the house with each screen they installed. We had the slats put in on all windows so that they would look more like a window. I'm glad we did. I'm so happy we decided to do this and very happy with the company we used. They are affordable and extremely nice and professional!

Could not get them to call me back. No one answers the phone, just voicemail. They tried to return my call when I was not available, then I kept getting their voicemail again. When I did finally get someone to answer, I could not get any info, just that the estimator had to make his own appointments. He quit calling me after one day.

I had Alamo Discount Solar Screens & Shades come to my house and install solar screens on all my windows. Their installers were very well trained and knowledgeable of their product. I highly recommend them. I noticed the big difference on my electric bill. They worked with me on a payment plan. Plus gave me discount for being a Veteran. This company knows how to honor us Veterans and I call on all my Military fellow veterans to use this company.
