Alan Sutton, owner of Alan Sutton Jewelry in Goldsboro, North Carolina began his career in the jewelry industry at the tender age of 15, working as a jewelry apprentice. Not many people know when they are so young, just exactly what their career-calling will be, but for Alan, his passion for the jewelry industry and desire to help customers create memorable experiences was an instinct he couldn't deny.

My step dad bought me diamond earrings fir my 21st birthday here in December.Since we moved here he always say go here if we need anything but Alan Bailey messed my mom's engagement ring up that my step paid over $500 fix just a month ago instead of standing behind his bad repair he wants to blame my mom who only wore it twice since picking it… up.He talk bad to my step dad who has spent thousands of dollars in this store.We dont trust them fix right and they refuse to refund their bad work.Owner is aware of situation they can take my dad $ no problem when he buying something not same refunding

I had a ring fixed from them about a month ago spent over $500 no complaints took a couple a weeks to get back but they had to order exact diamonds to match.My girlfriend had one of the diamonds fall back out… take back today to see if they will put back in and they say it’s going be over a week or more to get back.Young man at front takes ring brings to back and tells me they will call when it ready but going be week or two.I get to my truck go back in because my girlfriend doesnt want to be without ring again for that long.I go back in ask young man to get my ring he brings it back

You guys are my Hero's! My hands don't work very well and I bought a baby yoda necklace and it's a heavy charmed necklace. I bought two magnet clasps from Walmart, I'd barely touch the necklace and it would fall off. I took my necklace to you guys. Not only did you install a new clasp and magnetic closure, but you installed one that I can trust that comes with a clasp to assure the necklace stays on! Your customer service is absolutely outstanding! Your prices are more then fair. I am an extremely happy customer. Thank you so much for fixing my favorite necklace so I don't have to stress about

Recommend without any reservations. 5 star. Alan is top notch and excellent at his craft. I bought an engagement ring from Alan in November 2018. I had first talked with him about buying a ring months before and he showed me this software program where he could design and then make any ring you want. This is a huge selling point as it's a custom… product. He followed with encouraging me to look at other places but when the time came to buy he would love the opportunity to make it. My fiancé and I went in to see Mr. Sutton about resizing two rings that were about three sizes too big. Rather than get discouraged when he determined the resizing would damage the rings, he came up with an alternate solution, and now my rings fit perfectly! The whole staff is unbelievably friendly, and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I cannot recommend this jeweler highly enough!
