The Federal Income Tax Course is designed for persons with no previous experience in the tax field or those with some experience who wish to get a more thorough training in all pertinent phases of federal income tax preparation for individuals. Completing this course will train you to prepare basic and advance tax returns for individuals.

Unable to get in contact with anyone to fix our issue from last year's taxes that they did & currently having to pay someone else again to fix it plus a delay fee of $1,200 to the IRS. I would love to give 5 stars, but currently "Multiple Emails", "Several phone calls" not answered or returned, we had to correspond with the IRS ourselves via emails and written letters & including we have yet to get our tax return from last year.
Hopefully this review can get their attention.
