As we found ourselves in a very crazy world of 2020, We decided to step up in the community we both so love and took a leap of faith to become the new owners of long-time known Connie's Bakery. William and Hunter have been friends for over a decade and met in Provincetown. They share a passion for life, food & hospitality!
Hunter, as an Executive Chef of 15 years and in the industry for 25, has actually been cooking since the age of 4 along side of her Great grandfather, Papa Honey, and Grandmother, Gigi. Coming from an Italian family with a huge garden, Hunter loves making jams, breads, pastas and soups only using the freshest ingredients for the menu items.

Services
The Aqua Bar is attached to Connie's and is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch (from us) with one of their delicious frozen beverages! Enjoy their waterfront deck bar with amazing views of the Cape Cod National Seashore. After a long day at the beach, Strangers & Saint's is our favorite spot for small plates & raw bar.

BEST lox bagel in Provincetown, by a mile! Hunter, who co-owns Connie’s with Will (always the cutest smile) run a tight ship. Delicious food, scrumptious baked goods, and decent prices for what really amounts to a gourmet experience. If you want the best grab-and-go breakfast in town, this is your place.

My fiancée and I contacted Connie’s about some cupcakes and a round cake for our wedding. Paul was so wonderful to work with! He was responsive and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! He even delivered our order to the venue for us! Our guests LOVED the cupcakes! We got three different kinds: double chocolate, coconut and vanilla bean! It’s hard to pick which one was best - they were all amazing and the presentation was better than we could have imagined! It was a highlight of our day! :) Thank you Paul and everyone at Connie’s for making our day a special

I had the great forager sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was 🤤amazing. Only complaint is that it the sandwich was a little messy (but that might have been my fault!) I also had a piece of vegan banana bread which was delicious. The staff was very friendly, highly recommend grabbing a bite and enjoying it by the water!!

Not impressed. I ordered lunch chicken pesto sandwich on sourdough. The bread wasn't even toasted and the chicken was cold. Not very flavorful at all. Way overpriced for what you get, and it is chicken not crab or lobster. I had a hot coffee and that was very weak and was pretty much flavorless. I'm looking for a positive here but can't find one. The girl who took my order was very unpleasant and had a very annoyed look on her face as if she didn't want to be there. I shared a table with another couple outside and they commented how unfriendly the girl was as well and that there was someone yelling

Delicious Lunch of Shrimp and Grits at Connie's Cafe on my last day here in Provincetown, MA. The shrimp and grits did not disappoint. The grits were creamy and well seasoned and the Gulf shrimp were perfectly cooked. I've been here twice now and both times the owners Will and Hunter (and staff) have been great. Highly recommend if you're in Provincetown! There is seating outside of the bakery in front.

We were walking on Commercial Street when the aromas of freshly baked cookies drew us into Connie’s bakery. The staff were masked and had a partition to add to our feeling of safety as we continue to check out businesses that are learning to build their retail operations in our “ new normal”! We bought their delicious chocolate chip cookies as well as their peanut butter cookies but they also had some spectacular looking desserts. While we didn’t order sandwiches, they had a great looking menu!
