Evora's lead instructor for landfill operator training, Joe Farris, got his introduction into the solid waste industry at the young age of two watching his parents, John and Lynn run the DeKalb County Landfill in DeKalb, IL. Joe's professional career started in 2007, with a national waste management firm as a gas technician, where he focused on environmental compliance of methane gas operations for multiple landfills in the Midwest.
Our team of licensed Engineers, Groundwater Specialists, Environmental Scientists and technical staff are proud to be a leading provider of environmental consulting services for over 20 years. We invest significant resources into our staff to fully understand the intricacies of the industries we serve and have developed a corporate knowledge base that we use to develop and identify solutions to specific challenges across the Midwest.
Evora Consulting was founded in 1995 on the principles of providing sound integrated solid waste management services. Our primary focus is to provide solid waste management and regulatory compliance services; we currently provide these services to more than 65 active and closed landfills, compost facilities, and transfer stations throughout the Midwest.
