Established in 2003 as they were planning their own 2 & 3 year old children's birthday party, Chuck and Jan realized there was something missing in the party rental market in Charlotte, NC. Prices were across the board, businesses did not return phone calls, customer service was poor and the equipment was not very interesting.
They decided to offer their own product beginning with efficient and professional customer service, an interesting product line and above all a focus on safety. Services
Customer start and end times are used to gauge Jumpin Jacks deliveries & pickups. Typically the drivers arrive hour or more before your start time to ensure setup by your start time. There are times when arrival will be much earlier depending on other customer's start and end times. Drivers will call as they are on the way to deliver therefore accurate contact detail (more than one phone number) is essential.

Great experience with Jumpin' Jacks! You can find other vendors to rent you a bouncy house but if you are looking for great customer service look no further. Ordering was easy and straight forward --billing the same. I received both confirmation emails and calls leading up to the day of the event. They delivered early and picked up on time. The service guys were great -- professional and easy to work with. Hassle free! exactly what anyone having an event wants.

Absolutely can NOT say enough great things about Jumping Jacks Party Rentals.. professional, you actually get to talk to a person, kind and courteous. The employees that set up and take down are very helpful, thorough. I had a scheduling mistake and called in a panic… they were like .. not a problem and helped me work everything out!! They are awesome!!

If you have a toddler, I cannot say enough good things about their toddler play yard. Every child had a BLAST and not a single parent had to crawl inside and get tossled around. You can easily provide assistance by bending over the sides. The kids loved the slide, ball pit, and inflatable animals to interact with. The delivery guys were so professional and courteous and set it up in no time. They came early and came to take it down well after the party. So so happy!!!

My experience with Jumpin’ Jacks was awesome! I originally booked with a different company for a bounce house and cotton candy machine, but then needed to change the date due to rain. Thank goodness they couldn’t accommodate me because I ended up finding Jumpin’ Jacks! They were able to accommodate my new date, plus I was able to get a party pack that added 2 tables and 12 chairs! All of this and I ended up saving an extra $50 that I would have spent with the other company! They were a lifesaver and will be the only party company that I use from now on..

Wow! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I rented a bouncy house, cotton candy machine and tables/chairs for my daughter’s 7th birthday. Everything was perfect. The delivery men showed up on time and were very friendly and professional, the equipment was in great condition...I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The most important part is the kids had a blast! Thanks Jumpin Jacks! Will definitely use you again.
