Meet Susan by scheduling a personalized consultation either in-person or on the phone. In-person consultations generally last about an hour and we are flexible and happy to accommodate your busy schedule. At the initial consultation we review your floral vision, while keeping in mind your venue and budget.

Susan did INCREDIBLE. I had pretty specific requests including no greenery in the bouquets and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. And then some!! Wow. I’m still amazed. It can be nerve-wracking not knowing in the least what to expect before-hand, but all my worries were put at ease the second I saw them right before pictures started. I would recommend her to any and everyone for trusting her on their big day because I don’t get another wedding lol but if I did, I’d choose Susan! I can’t thank her enough.

Susan did an incredible job with all of our flowers. I told her what I envisioned with colors and she exceeded my expectations. She took note of the details I wished to have and I was pleasantly surprised to see them the day of. We also had to add on a few additional items to our order about a month before the wedding and she was happy to accommodate them. We made our own arbor piece and center pieces and she coordinated her arrangements perfectly to match. Your special day will be in great hands if you choose Susan!

The flowers turned out okay, but I was far from impressed by them or the owner. The day of the wedding there was nothing I could do or say because Susan dropped off the flowers at the venue, and just left. I never saw her, nor did I receive a phone call.
I had major communication issues with Susan who kept forgetting that she had already talked to me about certain things in the prior days and needed to discuss them again.
I made it very clear that I DID NOT want any type of mason jars in my wedding but when I showed up to the venue, there were mason jars everywhere.
The groomsmen did not get

Susan did an extraordinary job in our wedding. I don’t live in South Dakota, so I needed vendors with good communication skills. Susan was easy to work with and she was always able to answer emails and calls. She has great taste in flowers and gave me good suggestions. Our wedding flowers were beautiful and perfect. I highly recommend her!

Susan did an absolutely AMAZING job on our flowers for our wedding. When I first saw them, they took my breath away. They definitely exceeded expectations. She was so pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was definitely integral part of making our day absolutely perfect!

My flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! I had several arrangements in addition to the standard bouquet for my bridesmaids and mine, to smaller versions to display for the tables. Susan and her husband did a wonderful job arranging the flowers I wanted, but also creatively tying in my colors. Everything was fresh and in pristine shape. I found out later that she had 4 weddings that day in October. You impressed me to a T Susan! Flowers were perfect and I had several compliments on them. Thank you for your ingenuity and hard work.

Susan truly knocked it our of the park for our wedding flowers. We talked about ideas and she was great about offering ideas to tie our wedding colors in such as the blue thistles as our bridesmaids dresses were Marine blue. We had a large Garland for our ceremony arbor-it was beautiful and she talked my nephew and brother-in-law through putting it up (she would have helped but we didn’t want it in the heat for hours before the ceremony). The flowers looked beautiful and fresh for almost a month!

Our wedding flowers from Roots turned out absolutely beautiful! Susan did such an amazing job, and I was so happy with everything she did. I wanted the flowers to be just right, as they were a main focal point of our decorations. We had a very big order, from bouquets and boutonnieres, to individual flowers for centerpiece vases and large arrangements, to head table garland and a flower crown. I really only had one specific request of a large cascading bouquet which I showed her pictures of, and everything else I had just told her to have be similar colors and to use whatever flowers and greenery
