We are committed to your well-being. Our guesthouses are isolated on a 135 acre farm outside the city of Chattanooga, so there is ample room to maintain distance. Additionally, we are going above and beyond by following the new "White Glove Pledge" standard as set forth by the hospitality community.
Early arrivals are accommodated based upon availability. To guarantee an early check-in, it is recommended to reserve your accommodation the evening before your arrival. An early arrival fee is $75 for two hours. Late check-out times may be granted based upon availability. Nightly rates are subject to state and local taxes of 9.25% and Hotel & Accommodations tax of 8%.
As Tennessee RiverPlace sits close to the Tennessee/Georgia border, there is plenty to explore nearby. In the spring, enjoy the Chattanooga Farmers Market at the First Horizon Pavilion, named in the "Top Ten Public Markets in America" by Frammers. Then, spend the afternoon hanging out in the red fox sanctuary at Audubon Acres.
Farms are made for our four-legged friends, and at Tennessee RiverPlace we consider them part of the family too. With 135 acres to explore and river access to cool off, pet-lovers will have every reason to stay. There are no pet weight limits at Tennessee RiverPlace. While we do not require pets to be crated, they do need to be on a leash.

Can’t say enough great things about this venue. Beautiful, all accommodating, easy to work with and a perfect location for our gender reveal/baby shower. We live out of state and wanted a location to spend good quality time with all our family. We rented the venue for a 10 hour grand gathering package where we had an awesome party with friends and family and we also rented all accommodations for everyone to stay and enjoy the property for 2 nights. The 5 suites above the venue are all beautiful with great views, super cozy. Little River guest house was so spacious and made for perfect after party

DO NOT STAY AT THE AIR BNB/GUEST HOUSES!!!!NOT SAFE AND RUN DOWN/NOT MAINTAINED!
I can’t believe that a place that has stayed in business this long would provide the service and circumstances we experienced. The property is located through the ghetto and then several miles of dirt road. We arrived late on a Saturday around 10:30PM while being followed by another vehicle. We thought it was odd there would be another person would be arriving at the same time. Being cautious we waited in our car AND WATCHED THIS INDIVIDUAL WALK UP TO THE DIFFERENT ROOMS LOOKING INTO THE WINDOWS ON THE UPSTAIRS

As a wedding photographer, I love any chance I get to photograph at Tennessee RiverPlace. It is very common for one to step onto the property and feel as though you have left Tennessee. The rolling hills with the river in the distance and the arches of the quaint countryside styled barn gives the feeling as though one has escaped to Sicilian countryside. It is vastly impossible to not create a breathtakingly beautiful event at this venue! I very much look forward to photographing here again soon!

As a photographer, I can say Tennessee RiverPlace is truly a wedding dream! It's the perfect venue for a wedding! It's a beautiful farm with incredible views of the mountains and the Tennessee River! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but the staff excel in customer experience and taking care of their clients.
