Services
The Lozano family has lived in Flagstaff since 1928 when Richard's grandparents, Gumercindo and Hermina Santana Lozano, immigrated from Mexico. His maternal grandparents, Jose and Silvina Diaz, moved from Williams to Flagstaff in 1941. Richard's parents were Rosary Diaz Lozano and Oriol Santana Lozano, both born in Williams and Flagstaff.
At Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary, we take great pride in caring for our families, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one. In addition to the services we offer, you will receive an online memorial that you can share with family and friends. While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time.
This service includes: the service of the funeral director and staff, professional staff and administrative staff for coordinating and directing the graveside service; preparing and filing of the necessary certificates and permits needed to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary (within city limits); embalming and/or refrigeration and sanitary care of the remains; other preparation of the remains (dressing, casketing, cosmetology); use of the facilities for visitation; photo tribute, memorial book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, funeral coach, flower car and utility vehicle.
In March of 1960, Kenneth Densmore married Janice Gayle Maddox Densmore and joined their families. Karen was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and aunt who lived her life for others. From cake decorating to sewing, her attention to detail was second to. He was a loving child and became a very caring, charming, and humorous adult.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-planning your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.

Funeral Director Won’t let you see your relative, terrible experience regarding traditional Native American burial and goodbyes, and doesn’t take COVID seriously but acts like he does would not recommend.
Great receptionist all though!

My Brother-in-law's Memorial Service was held here this week, and we found the Director and staff to be courteous and helpful beyond all expectations. We were especially impressed by Pastor Bob Norton, who did an exceptional job incorporating memories of Jerry the family shared with him, and balancing them with comments from family and friends, and with Biblical quotes. His calm and compassionate demeanor created a safe place for both laughter and tears, turning a very difficult event into a step toward healing the pain of loss through the remembrance of love.
