Services
Nalisa has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness field. She is certified in Pilates by Physical Mind and offers group or individual training in Pilates Mat, and Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Jumpboard. She is experienced in a wide variety of other exercise formats, including TRX, low/high impact aerobics, step, weight training, Zumba, resist-a-ball, slide, hip hop, flex/stretch, line dance, and interval training.

Best studio experience in Dayton! Instructors are very knowledgeable about overall health and the impact of exercise on the body. I grew stronger, had better posture and left invigorated after each session! The studio is clean with perfect lighting to establish a very relaxing atmosphere! I highly recommend Pilates Plus for all of your exercise programming!
