I was going in for skin discoloring to my face I was talked into doing laser hair removal for my upper lip and a halo. Was offered a “special” if I got the laser hair removal and halo she would cut the price of the hair removal from 110$ to $50 and give me 2 free sessions. Which I agreed however doing the first removal that day I had to ask her if I should remove my makeup before she started which she said yes ( I would’ve thought she would of done this to begin with) second session she did not wipe or ask me to wipe my makeup off I had to ask her again.
