I have used Zima several times and they have always done a great job!!! If you need your car fixed take it to them for the best customer service around. I love that they take pictures and show you what is going on with your car. And a detailed estimate on your repairs that you can accept or decline. They are my go to car repair shop.

Very pleased with Zima Automotive.. wasn't sure where to take my BMW but asked around and was told to take it to Zima Automotive.. Very friendly. Professional.. and very very accommodating to my needs.. I work pretty close to this shop and they told me that they would pick up my car and leave it by the time I was off work! That is a big big plus for me .. also I loved that they offered me a loaner car right away.. and they have this really advanced report that send you the details of your vehicle repair.. what the problem is and what the solution would be.. as well as the cost and the job total

I took my SUV to Zima to try and fix an issue that kept happening when I hit the accelerator. They were nothing but professional and kind. They found a problem and fixed it quickly. The only problem was that it didn’t quite fix the issue. I called and told them this, figuring like most shops, they wouldn’t be able to help me since technically they did fix something broken. This was not the case at all. He told me to immediately bring it back so they could make it right. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed, safe, and back to me quickly. I can’t recommend Zima highly

Zima automotive is very thorough in diagnosing a vehicles issues which I truly appreciate. They are always courteous, thoughtful and accommodating when servicing my vehicle and deliver when they say they will. While I’ll admit I always get a littler sticker shock at the expense, I know a quality job will be done and backed of something we’re to happen. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

I took a vehicle to Zima for a general inspection. (Worked with Theresa and Josh) They charged a fair price and gave me a very detailed report of what they did and did not find along with quality pictures to show the findings. I asked them to complete the work needed and they did the work in the time quoted for the price that was quoted. My first experience with Zima is that they do quality work for a fair price and are trustworthy to deal with.

I definitely recommend this place. very professional and are not out for just the money. they took care of my vehicle at zero charge because of the warranty they cover themselves! max is a very kind and caring guy. he went above and beyond to pick me and my four children up and took us to his shop so we could use one of his vehicles. i dont think theres anyone out there that would ever go that far!

I took my Toyota Tundra here because my brakes were seized up after trying the job at home. It’s always frustrating when things don’t work out on a DIY, but Zima took great care of me. Zima was fast at getting me in as my truck was my only vehicle. They sent a full diagnostic on the truck and didn’t try to sell me on silly things like we see at the dealership. (I’m talking about those pesky cabin filters we always hear need replaced). Took my minivan to Zima Automotive because the automatic sliding passenger door wasn’t working. The technicians diagnosed the problem and worked relentlessly until it was fixed, even when the part supply company shipped them the wrong part.

I never knew this place existed. I was recommended to go to a dealer from another mechanic. I found them randomly called and Max was able to ensure me they could solve the problem. No one wants to take their car to a dealer if you are sain. They were able to find the problem with detail. They explained slot to me that I needed to be aware of. Everything from start to finish was so easy. I was able to pay easily and the work was quality and very well priced. These guys provided the best auto service experience I've ever been through. Their business model is very modern and customer focused, so much so I didn't even believe the things I was hearing from Max when I called in for a quote. Then I really didn't believe it when, after being told there was no availability that day and I was fine with that, I was offered service that same day just because as we were wrapping up the quote call I mentioned a worry about my serpentine belt failing on the drive to or from work the following day.
