These people have customer service figured out, from the scheduling call through the field visit. I wasn't sure of the capacity of my tank, and the office manager checked the county records for me before calling me back with an accurate quote. Arrival of the truck was on-time as promised and the technician was as friendly as could be. Even when I wrote the wrong amount on the check the first two times because I was in a hurry to get on the phone for a meeting (how embarrassing!)
I don't know why we would call anyone else in the future for our septic needs. I'll recommend them to anyone I know
