On my way Memphis I needed my tire changed. So I contacted this towing company. The tow truck driver came and refused to change my tire. Then he wanted me to pay him $250. He called the police on me. I was treated with disrespect by the Arkadelphia police department and the tow truck driver. They both displayed dislike for black people.
