Very, very kind over the phone. I lost track of time and by the time I ended up calling, it was 10 minutes to close - absolutely no sign they were trying to rush to end the call or anything of the sort. They helped me out and answered every single question I had. If they offer insurance in your needed criteria, I would highly recommend!
